Perfect location in the centre of the town. Big rooms, clean. The breakfast was OK

In fact, it is not a 4-star hotel as far as the lobby area is concerned.. I believe it is more like a 3-star hotel. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel amenities, then I should suggest to look for something else

From the first moment I asked a question via email to the moment we checked out, everything went well. The reception team goes above and beyond to help you. They were very supportive in replying our questions before we went to Bratislava. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our request to have a silent room was met accordingly. The instructions in the room about facilities are enough. What makes this place our top choice was the location. It is in the heart of Old Town. We also liked the small environment friendly touches. There is an onsite SPA that we missed due to lack of time but prices seemed ok. A tip for airport transfer for people who prefer public transportation: Exit the terminal, turn right, there is a bus stop. Tickets can be purchased on the old style ticket machienes. A 30 minute ticket will be enough. Bus Nr 61 drives to the last bus stop at train station. From there you can either walk or take bus 93 to the entrance of Old Town.

Nothing has bothered us.

Staff were helpful and friendly, location is excellent and rooms are clean and well appointed.

Being located in the centre of the old town, it can be a bit noisy at night, but personally the central location more than made up for this. There are no dining/breakfast facilities, this is clear on booking but Bratislava old town doesn't have many cafes open before 8:30 so you need to factor this in.

Great location, staff very friendly! At the downstairs of the hotel there is a sauna that is available at all times, and a Thai massage which you can book ahead. The Thai massage was the highlight of the trip, would definitely recommend.

It would be nice if they provided house slippers and bathrobes.

The hotel is located in the historical city centre but thanks to solid windows it's quiet inside. It was last minute booking and my apartment was simply amazing. Small kitchen, dinning room and really spacy living room with king bed. Not sure how the regular pricing looks like but having Booking.com price 78EUR is really great value for place like this

Breakfast is not offered by the hotel. That's the only negative comment from my side.

This hotel is right in the centre of Old Town. Within walking distance to everything. Hotel staff are very nice and are helpful. The bed was really comfortable. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and it was a good choice.

The room was very warm even for October. Although there is an air conditioning unit in the room I'm not sure it would be enough in Summer. As this is an old building I don't think there is much that could be done and is what is expected. My room was very spacious and clean.

The staff was always super friendly to us, even kindly allowing us to check-in a few minutes earlier than usual since our room was already ready and promptly responding to additional requests. The room was really clean and was spacious. Comfortable. Location is also great, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and walking distance from the bus station.

In summer, it can get a bit noisy on the outside due to it's location near many restaurants and bars. If you are a light sleeper, probably would recommend to get a room with windows to the inner yard. But on the positive side, the windows that go to the street, are to a side street, so the noise you might hear is actually reduced.

Amazing location--could not beat it!! Sauna was a lovely bonus. And with it being a super-hot European summer this year, it was a treat to have A/C that worked so well. It was a relief to come inside, rest, and cool down before going back out for adventures. Also a nice spacious, clean bathroom and shower that felt luxurious after a long 3-weeks of heat and dusty travel previous to my stay here at the end of my trip.

Wish the people at the front desk had been a little more helpful with recommendations. They were very nice and pleasant, but limited in that aspect.

Located in the pedestrian zone of the Old town, the hotel was surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The one-bedroom apartment was very nice, the beds and pillow really comfortable. The communication with the hotel and the reception staff was excellent. They do not serve breakfast, but there is Starbucks at the corning opening at 7am. The other cafes and bistros open around 9-10am. If you need a taxi from the airport, contact the hotel as they can book it for you at decent price. The taxi taken at the airport charge much more.

The hotel is clean, standard room booked was fine for our trip, cleaned every day,fresh towels if required, mini bar. Tea/coffee facilities.As a guest you can use the sauna at anytime of the day or night just give reception 30 minutes notice. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for advice , they also got a better rate for us when booking taxi's.The location is fantastic, you are in the heart of the old town. You walk outside of the front door and you have great places to eat, drink and explore. We would definitely stay here again

We loved it all
