The B&B is located in a good location. The staff is aware of parking problems and offers its guests the service of guarded parking. The staff is very polite and accommodating. Furniture and amenities are basic but functional. The internet is great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The breakfast is excellent.

The building is older and has a small and unreliable elevator, but the rooms are just above the ground floor. The instructions seem to be a little bit clumsily-worded. I would recommend that the instructions follow the logical movement of the guest: first write at which address to leave the car, then at which address to check in, then at which address is the parking lot etc. Use shorter sentences. It would be good to add a few more chairs to the room.

The B&B is in an excellent location, you can get very to the city center attractions with a quick nice walk. There is a possibility to park your car at the B&B parking lots which are very close to it, you need to reserve it ahead of time because there are few. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the beds are big and cozy. We didn't book an included breakfast during our stay, despite that in our room there was an electric kettle with cups, teabags and instant coffee bags offered, we really appreciated that.

The night we slept there was unfortunately very noisy, throughout the night from right, under our window which faces Panenska Street, we could hear the sounds of loud people from the street and at dawn a very noisy garbage truck woke us up. But we realize that this does not depend on the staff and the B&B.

It was near the old town. Great cafes nearby for breakfast. Ice cream place down stairs. The staff and description provided to get the keys and park the car were well explained but was a process to get there. Key pick up was a few doors down from the apartment and parking lot was on the same street. The hotel was basic and did the job. Not much room as we had two toddlers. There was a kettle and a small mini bar fridge. That’s about it . There is a very small lift and had to do 2 trips up and down

The hotel is located in the central location next to President palace and close to Old city. Nice breakfast and good personnel. The rooms are located all around the street in the neibouring buildings so this is more like set of different apartments united in the hotel facility. Easy to get to main attractions and number of restaurants/pubs around.

Building itslef and inner environment is looking really old but without charm, so you do not feel yourself neither hotel nor charming environment, just sleeping block of apartments, The price was relatively high for this accomodation as per my my personal opnion, however one night staying is ok.

*Room:* 3-bed-room just ok size-wise for 2 adults and one kid. In dire need of a new paint job. It is just fine for an overnight stay (but probably that's all wha you need for Bratislava), since it does not have a proper wardrobe. Fridge is more of a cooler, and kind of noisy (but you can sleep at night). *Parking:* has CCTV-surveillance. You can enter it basically only from one direction (not coming from the hotel) since otherwise you cannot negociate tight turn to enter the main gate. After that it is decently navigable. At night, the main gate closes, so no unwanted access. *Breakfast:* in the nearby cafe. Quite good, could have a better selection of breads (basically only white bread). But definitely worth the money. Service, even if under pressure, nice and friendly.

*Accessibility:* There's a very small "historical" elevator, not fit for wheelchairs or bigger prams. Staircase quite narrow too. *Parking:* see above, hard to enter the main gate.

Location is excellent. The hotel is close to the charming old city quarters and to anything you need to do in Bratislava. Breakfast was good but monotonously the same day in day out. Room was comfortably warm and had all the amenities we expected.

Room was not cleaned on the first day even though we left the sign at the door. When they did on the second day, they gave us 2 towels instead of 3. The room was not really cleaned throughout our stay. Reception staff is available 24/7 but lack the work ethic expected in hospitality. Not rude but are not welcoming or too helpful when requesting information.

The accommodation was close to the old town, 3 minutes away you are at Michael's Gate. The place is quiet but not isolated. The building is old like almost everything in the area but the rooms are renovated. Breakfast quite good in a quiet cafe right on the ground floor of the building! I would visit again. I highly recommend it. The only flaw was that the bathroom in the room of the group we were traveling with smelled of cigarettes. But after consultation there was a room change by the staff and all is well!

The old elevator is a bit scary and not spacious, but functional!

The location is close to the middle of the city, in an up-and-coming district (Lutheran quarter). It was an interesting experience staying in a residential building in which the same hotel company owns all the "apartments". And I loved the old elevator, which still works perfectly!

Parking can prove to be difficult in later hours, therefore, it is advised to arrive before 6 pm and use a parking app (e.g. EasyPark). We asked for a parking lot in the garage mentioned in the description, but the place never responded to our written request, and then, upon checking in we were told that there was no room left in the garage and that we should park in the street. It is not a problem, but pre-check-in communication can still be improved.

Perfectly located next to the Presidential Palace in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Overlooking a quiet side street. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is in the neighbouring guesthouse, about 20 metres away, with a good choice and delicious. If you book in advance, you can rent a closed parking lot about 50 meters away, which I highly recommend.

Even the slightest noise can be heard from the staircase, and guests returning home at night do not let you rest. We woke up twice: at 2am and 5am.

The staff was very helpful from the beginning. Our flight was delayed for hour, so I was messaging with the receptionist, so he knew we will arrive very late in the night. The room was very warm, clean and lovely. Because the hotel is in the town centre, it was easy for us to walk to Christmas market and same to walk to train station. We had the breakfast ordered with our room, and it was nice food, good selection of everything, and lovely staff. My family were very happy staying here, if we have to stay in Bratislava again, we will do it definitely here.
