Location is the main advantage of the hotel, rooms were big, aircondition was working, the breakfast were great /I am affraid that if you are czech you woudnt like it because it hadnt had so many choices as a turkey all inclusive/ for us, every morning was with little changes the same but it was delicious … The rooms were big, we have no view whatsoever from our room but that was no issue. the main floor is modern but the first and second floores looks a little bit on the old side.

When you’re booking it says you must reserve the parking space. We wrote the hotel that we would like to book the place-no replay .. at the reception we were informed they dont have our reservation because the parking place is full, but we were directed to another parking space owned by the hotel just a little bit away /same prize, with gate/. The problem was the parking place isnt marked so we couldnt find it and if it werent for some lovely stuff from another hotel we would have not found it. I specificly booked a double bad and not two ones … but when we came to the room it has two ones.. we didint complain just push them together…

Visited with two children. The hotel is located in the center of the old town. It's super convenient. Nearby is the Cathedral of St. Elizabeth, the tower of King Sigismund, the tower of St. Urban, the Singing Fountain. There are many cafes nearby where you can eat. The center is especially lively on Friday evenings. Room turned out to be very spacious, larger than I expected. Powerful air conditioner, beds are very comfortable and clean, neatly ironed. The children slept very well. Breakfast: the menu consistently has the same dishes every morning, there are sliced ​​cheeses, meats, sunny fried up, fruits, vegetables, juices, fresh croissants. Everything is delicious. White and clean tablecloths. The staff is very polite.

Fronted directly on Hlavna Ulica very near the Cathedral so well placed to start exploring the city. Secure parking at the rear. Good breakfast. Huge bedroom with plenty of storage and large bathroom with shower. Staff were very helpful, particularly Mariana (apologies if mis-spelt) who made us feel very welcome when we checked in.

Very slight criticism but nothing serious. Due to the size of the room and the high ceiling it was a little dark, even with the lights on in the evening. As I was out all day and most of the evening it didn't affect me personally

Breakfast was good but a bit on the simple end

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of hundred metres from the cathedral. But I think the best thing was the way the staff were so helpful…. The lady on reception went out of her way to solve minor issues like missing desk lights, broken key cards, which made the stay better. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very good as well.

The original room I had overlooked a wall and I asked to be moved.

Very comfortable hotel in the very center of the city. Safe parking lot available, you can leave your car inside the parking lot and just walk outside the entrance to get an easy experience of Košice, starting directly from the middle of the pedestrian zone. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, bathrooms are big and well equipped with everything. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide choice of salty or sweet foods, and hot / cold beverages. Rooms are quite and silent, even if nearby are many places where music is played. Staff always kind and helpful.

The light switch was quite far from the bed... some planning needed, when you go to sleep. Also electric sockets were not easy to reach from the bed.

Super buffet breakfast with big choice of cooked meats, eggs, pastries, cheeses, cereals etc. The bedroom was very spacious and well equipped. Public areas decorated with impressive collections of glassware and pieces of antique furniture. The location in the beautiful old town could not be more central. Secure car park at the back of the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

The place was dimly lit, especially the main entrance and the lights in the upstairs corridors only come on when sensors detected movement. There is limited seating in lobby area and no bar on the ground floor although there is apparently a wine cellar which we did not visit. (The fruit juice was watery and poor quality which let down an otherwise good breakfast).

Olde worlde but rooms are modern and very clean

Breakfast could have been a bit more suited to English, however it was much improved since my last visit in April, It would be better if there was a hospitality tray in the room! I had to ask for a kettle and cups to make a cup of tea Tea and coffee facilities should be provided

Good location, nice historical building. It has glass art collection exposed in common areas - very beautiful.

I arrived late, parked my car in hotel garage (for a fee), but was not allowed to park it till 16h00 next day - just till 14h00. It was completely empty when I left, and I had to pay for parking outside the hotel....

Decent hotel.

No water pressure! Hard to find from the parking side. No signs! The automatic lights inside don’t work very well and turn off way too soon.
