My brief stay at Hotel Svatojansky Kastiel was a memorable experience, leaving me wishing for at least one or two more nights. The location, nestled in a peaceful setting, had a magnetic charm, and the hotel's welcoming atmosphere enhanced my travel experience. I was particularly struck by the unique blend of retro elegance and modern aesthetics in the decor, which carried through to the rooms. The reception staff were truly commendable, offering friendly service and providing excellent recommendations that made my short stay richer. The rooms were good, meeting my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Their modern touch combined with a fancy feel added to the charm. I indulged in the hotel's wellness amenities, finding the jacuzzi particularly relaxing, a perfect way to unwind. The dinner was solid, reflecting the high-quality meals and evident care in preparation. Even the breakfast, despite a minor delay in replenishment, tasted quite good. The overall experience left me wanting to explore more, feeling both cozy and luxurious, and certainly warrants a longer stay in the future.The hotel's beautiful decor, peaceful location, and well-appointed rooms offered good value for money. I happily recommend this hotel to others, and I hope to return for a more extended stay to fully appreciate all it has to offer.

Despite many positives, my experience was not without some issues. While I loved the reception staff's friendly attitude, the restaurant staff seemed somewhat less attentive. Their approach gave off a bit of grumpy feeling, which was slightly off-putting during my meals. Additionally, the breakfast service was less than prompt, with delays in replenishing the buffet. This aspect could certainly be improved to enhance the overall dining experience.

1. The building is like a museum - nice pictures,design, details - all was awesome 2. The room is like 19th centaury aristocrats room 3. Very good cuisine at the restaurant 4. Very nice personnel

All was good, maybe just few improvements: 1. The lack of iron on the room 2. At the night heating was much lower which led to feeling cold closer to the morning 3. As the hotel is usually used by ski riders, would be nice to have something to put closes to dry on

Vladislav, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and service oriented. We had excellent dinner with tasty dishes. It seems a lot of effort was invested in the dishes which made them extrodinary. The hotel itself is a Meadville mansion with comfortable rooms..

Clean, excellent food and service, beautiful and convenient location. Highly recommend to everyone!

We stayed 18-23 Feb 2023. Special thanks to Alexandra for the flexibility and hospitality shown during our stay. We were 5 families with kids and we felt like the place is our own. I understand restaurant menu is limited to make sure there is always fresh good food. Just as a suggestion more salad option can be added.

Great place for a few days vacation in the montains. There is a nice Kada with thermal spring nearby, we were bathing in it every day. The hotel has a kind of elegancy feeling, with nice furniture at the reception, rooms and restaurant. Breakfast is good. We liked the option for half board very much. Wellness is also great.

Beautiful hotel with a character, our room was very spacious and... the bed! - the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We had a lovely breakfast, I really liked the food and coffee. Hotel is placed in a nice, quiet location,

The hotel is nice with his own character, however slightly dated and we found some of the pictures on corridor bit creepy.

Easy access, restaurant in place. Fast check in. Clean and tidy room. Possibility to place bikes in safe place. Good breakfast.

In the room WiFi was not working properly, was very slow and connection was lost. Bed mattress were old and soft.

Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. The staff was helpful. Great location for people who travel by car: parking lot, easy access to attractions in the sorrounding towns. Big courtyard with several benches where you can sit and relax.

Most of the times when we needed something, there was no one at the reception and we had to wait because there was no way of calling/ringing a bell to let them know we were there.

Quite and nice place during our stay at February. we came for ski and we had everything we need to relax, recharge. in the notes is a ski room as well.
