Perfect location. You can drive in front of the hotel in the center of Ljubljana and the staff takes care of your car. The check in and out are fast and smooth. The room and bathroom are spacious, bedlinen is comfortable, all the amienitis are provided. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. It is served, but you have a lot of very good options and you feel like beeing in the top restaurant. Plates are beautiful and delicious and the waiters are so kind. I am sure you can not find better place in the center of Ljubljana.

As there is not a lot of light in the bathroom, higher magnification of the cosmetic mirror for the guests over 50 would be nice.

Absolutely everything. It was spotlessly clean. The room was enormous. Perfect to spend the day in cos we were both unwell and it was bitterly cold outside. Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walking distance. Even more within 10 minutes walk. The bathroom had heated flooring and really well presented, however the towels were the star of the show - fluffiest, softest towels ever. Wanted to be wrapped in them forever. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for any of them. Special mention to Tamara who served us breakfast on a couple of occasions. She was so interesting and interested in us, we could have chatted to her all day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give 10 ⭐️'s. Everything was amazing! The staff go above and beyond - every single one of them. Their helpfulness to ensuring everything is perfect and no trouble included arranging a hire car to be delivered to hotel for us. Welcomed us with complimentary drinks. Convenient location, and there is also a smartphone to help with local calls, attractions, and GPS, which you can use. I feel like they have thought of everything, and if not, they definitely are more than happy to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even included a FREE minibar. Large bath, which was inviting after exploring the city. The bed was perfect! Have the breakfast 😋. You order off a menu, freshly cooked, BUT then you can order as many times as you want. The presentation of the meals, the freshness- chefs kiss! Can not wait to stay again!!

The location is perfect. Centrally located, right next to all of the sights in Ljubljana. The hotel feels like a boutique hotel, which we like, but it is modern, including an electronic room key, so you just use your phone to open the room door. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. They greeted us with a complimentary welcome drink, took care of parking our car, and had us checked in, all in under 5 minutes. We had a room with a king size bed and a soaking tub and it was lovely. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, nice toiletries. The breakfast was included in our rate and it was very yummy. The waitress was super friendly and had suggestions on what to order. Everything we had was delicious including freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was a la carte with next to nothing available for self service. You couldn’t even help yourself to coffee or orange juice. For cereal there was only cornflakes. No other cereals, toast, yoghurt etc were available. The service was very slow, it was 20 minutes before our hot drinks and juice arrived and over half an hour for food. The food presentation was ridiculously over fussy - a la carte is not required for breakfast when people often have a fixed schedule (eg airport or day trip departure) and want to be able to self serve and go. If we’d had to leave the hotel at a specific time for a flight etc, we’d have had to walk out without any breakfast. It looked to be totally unsuitable for the families with young children we saw.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, with complimentary drink upon arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is very central providing an easy walk to main attractions. On site parking an obvious benefit for a central hotel, although 17Euros per night a bit of a liberty given the room rates.

I hate 'joystick' type wash basin taps - you can never get the temperature or the pressure just right. Breakfast is chosen from an 'a la carte' menu with waiter service, but which seems to be all about presentation rather then the food itself. I ordered the omelette, which looked lovely adorned with various garnishes, but I had to send it back due to being cold and undercooked. I decided to settle just for some toast, which again came with a pointless garnish, but which was barely actually toasted.

The location was excellent for my bussiness. The staff was really very friendly and supportive. The whole hotel was very clean, modern, well organized.

The breakfast service was not convenient. It was not a self service method, but the staff was not enough for providing the meals. Thus it was necessary to ask bread, coffee, tea, water, actually everything. The guests just not understand the way of service, which was slow, it was unclear what kind of food is available. What they have provided in the end was good and well adjusted, but I suggest to keep the standard foods and fluids of a breakfast in a self sevice way. It was no hairdryer and glass for brushing teeth in the bathroom. The remote control for the tv was so specific, that even the change of the sound volume was a challange. No intruction in english was available.

The breakfasts were excellent and served in a lovely dining room by very friendly staff, in particular, Luka. Contrary to some reviews, the a la carte breakfast menu was served very quickly and in some style with lovely attention to detail. In particular, the Italian breakfast was lovely and served with fresh croissants and fruit. The room was lovely and bed linen was changed every few days and towels changed every day. The hotel is very central for all major places of interest. We took Luka's recommendation and visited the observation tower about a 10 minute walk away. The bar on the 12th floor provides a panoramic view of not just the city, but Austria to the north and Croatia and Italy to the south. We also spent a lovely morning in Tivoli Park which also has great views of the city. For a great day out, try a short walk to the bus station where you will find the Line 7 bus to Lake Bled. We thought we had purchased return tickets for Euro 11.40 but these were in fact singles for two. We had plenty of time to enjoy Lake Bled and returned by bus on a shorter route back to the city for a further Euro 11.40. An organised tour would have cost upwards of Euro 100 each.

The temperature in the room at night was a little on the warm side and we could not set this lower than 18C because the hotel was on winter settings. Breakfast was an issue for one of us on a few mornings when there was clearly some rancid ingredient used to toast some brioche buns and some little pieces of bread. Staff attempted to correct this on the second morning by bringing replacement dishes but each time the toast smelled badly and the meal could not be eaten. Avoiding the offending items on subsequent mornings ensured that no further stomach troubles were experienced. Food and ingredients need to be checked thoroughly when cooking to order for guests.

What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Absolutely high-level. The room had an interesting design, with the toilet and shower in two different places entirely. The shower had floor-to-ceiling glass windows, meaning that you have no privacy if someone is in the room with you. Not a problem really, but worth mentioning. The hotel is centrally located, but the rooms are well insulated from the outside noise. The breakfast is top-notch and if you feel like working out there is even a small gym in the basement.

The flatscreen TV didn’t really work. It had a small selection of local channels and that was it. At this price range, and with this kind of rooms, design and hotel concept, there needs to be YouTube and Netflix on those flatscreen televisions.
