I recently stayed at Sunsquare for 2 days, and my experience was generally positive. **Room Quality and Amenities:** The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker. The bathroom was modern and stocked with high-quality toiletries. However, the Wi-Fi connection was tops **Service:** The staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and responding promptly to requests. **Dining:** The on-site restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the quality of the food was excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. **Facilities:** The hotel had a well-equipped gym. The swimming pool area was clean and provided a nice space to unwind. **Overall Impression:** My stay at Sunsquare was enjoyable and comfortable. I found the overall experience to be very good. Stayed for a week. Breakfast is good. For dinner, we had margarita and hawaiian pizza which were nice as well. All staff that my husband and I met were fantastic. Siyanda, one of the receptionists, is exceptional. At Zepi Restaurant: Unathi, Winnie, and Nmthala were absolutely remarkable. They always check on us, very friendly and made us feel home.

We didn't like the steps at the hallway. It's absolutely ridiculous and unsafe. If there's an emergency, it is a hazard to run or walk in that hallway. Our bedroom floor wasn't vacuumed despite requesting for a room makeup every other day

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has all the usual amenities for its class, including comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom etc. the pool area is lovely and the restaurant and food. The gardens shopping centre is walkable as is the city centre...but take care as always given the level of crime in South Africa. Walking in daylight with relevant precautions proved enjoyable and safe. There is access to free parking and also the My city bus service nearby if preferred.

We had a first floor room with a "tree view". Considering we spent 6 nights and pre-requested a month in advance mountain views from a high floor this was very disappointing. The reception staff kindly moved us up to the 4th floor with a city view halfway through the stay which was much better...thank you

+Staff were friendly and helpful. We got really early check-in free of charge. +Resturant's staff were extra workaholic and nice. You could ask for cappuccino or such as a part of breakfast. They even provided it as take away at the end of breakfast. Delicious vegi-omelette. +Their drinks and pizza had reasonable price. Good vegi-pizza by the way.

-The standatd room was good with all one needed but the bathroom was extremely small. Shower door and bathroom door creak and made ones movement uncomfortable. -The pool was quite dirty. Mud at the bottom and water was really unclear.

I loved the food. I honestly did not have one bad thing to say about any of the food. We had breakfast daily and had supper and drinks 3 times during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I received the iron and the ironing board everytime I requested. The ladies on towel duty at the pool area did an awesome job of making sure we had clean and dry towels all the times. This also helped with keeping that area neat. They really did an awesome job there. My kids absolutely enjoyed their stay and were able to make a few friends during their stay.

I noticed litter, during more than one visit, in the pool area that was obviously left by pool users that used the pool before us. I had to pick it up and throw it in the bin because it's difficult to enjoy an environment with litter. The same attention that is placed on the towels should also be paid on the litter.

The property is well maintained, in a prime serene location just below Table Mountain, with easy access to all the major attractions in Cape Town. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always smiling. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options to choose from. The restaurant offers a wide selection menu and even has a kiddies menu available. The food is delicious!! Rooms are cleaned daily with used towels changed daily too. Parking is available on the property at no extra charge. The pool is heated which is such a treat.

We had an exceptional stay at your hotel in Cape Town! Everything was truly superb. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The hotel's prime location was also a huge plus, with easy access to all the amenities we needed. Overall, our experience was top-notch, and we highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.

The only letdown was Booking.Com - I selected a shuttle from the airport, and this was not arranged. The breakfast was good, but they need to have more variety, it was pretty much the same every day.

Breakfast was ok. Cooking a bit slow as we had to wait for bacon still to be cooked while the serving dish was empty. A bigger variety of hot foods on offer like hot porridge for winter maybe? Hash browns, mushrooms etc. to make breakfast more interesting. Staff at breakfast was great.

All good- nothing not to like. Maybe a coffee/tea machine where one can get your own hot beverage instead of having to order from staff. All in all, we had a good stay. I booked with Booking.com requesting a room with a bath and luckily, I phoned the hotel the day before to check whether I was allocated a bath. I was not and were told the hotel could not change my booking. Booking.com assured me that my request was relayed to the hotel but when I arrived, I still did not have a room with a bath. I had to read my email to the receptionist who then changed my room, and I was given a room with a bath.

Great filling breakfast, big room for family of 4, clean and great service overall. My kids greatly enjoyed their stay. Had the best cocktails at the bar and enjoyed the dinner too (the mussels were very tasty and the wings too) Will definitely visit again and make sure I make use of the heated pool and the gym facilities with a longer stay. Very friendly staff at reception, bar and food area offering great service, quite relaxing area with very limited traffic noise.

Nothing much perhaps the site from our window of an old building thats not well taken care of right next to the Hotel but really nothing the Hotel can do about it, view depends on the rooms also, not everyone gets the view.
