From our check in until our check out 14 days later we experienced the highest level of accommodation and friendly, professional customer service. The hotel and grounds are located in a quiet suburb of Cape Town and have a wonderful relaxed vibe. The staff made us feel like we were welcome guests in their home. A name check to Val, Charmaine, Daphne, Tecno, Alan, Tiffany…..but every member of staff went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed the Andros experience - and we did.

Genuinely, I have no comments or suggestions which would improve the Andros.

Amazing group of staff so friendly. Tiffany was so kind in accommodating us with a wonderful welcome and beautiful room upgrade. the grounds are delightful, spa is lovely as were the spa therapists and the food from the restaurant very nice too. A really relaxing and luxurious stay, would highly recommend!

Nothing really major. Maybe the staff starting so early (5am on one of the days! Then 6am consistently) but it’s my problem I am such a light sleeper. If you are a light sleeper too maybe ask for a room not in the main building :)

The stay was amazing, and the food was out of this world. They thought of all the small things which made me decide to stay there for each visit going forward. From the products in the bathroom, to the night treat, heated floors, it was just amazing. The best part of the experience was the food. I was very surprised about the wine pairing option, and quality.

Only two things, The noise from downstairs got me very upset. Due to everything else being brilliant I would probably rather book in a garden or pool room. Then secondly, was trying to make a booking at the spa. I ended up just leaving it. O, one more tiny thing. They had no almond milk. They make their own oat milk fresh which is very cool, but I prefer almond.

I had an excellent stay at the Andros Hotel. I was on business and the wifi in the room was very slow. Tiffany and team stepped up to the plate and arranged a place for me with high speed access. Daphne was on hand with water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and the quality was great. There are treats in all the common areas of the hotel and your room. The hotel is in stunning grounds, beautifully and stylishly laid out and the staff are really warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Wifi speed in the room needs to be upgraded. The bathrooms need a lick of paint or need to be renovated to represent the rest of the hotel.

The place was absolutely amazing, it was definitely home! The staff treated us like kingand queens. The place was Gorgeous. Thank you so much to everyone that made my few days beyond memorable.❤️

It is a beautiful estate. The staff are very warm & welcoming and made us feel completely pampered during our whole stay! Excellent food & drinks! The rooms are very big. Note it is right in town so we were a bit nervous about street noise but actually very quiet in the room! The spa was also superb!!!! Overall excellent stay, very safe and great base in Cape Town!

Wow - this place was exceptional. The service from start to finish was amazing, all members of the team predicted what you needed before you asked! The facilities and shared spaces for guests are stunning, you feel like so at home. We were lucky enough to have the tasting menu by Matt which was unbelievable. Could not recommend this more as a base to explore Cape Town.

Terrific and elegant 5 star hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The extra touches is what really makes it - You can get every cocktail you'd want in the bar, and the library off reception with complimentary drinks in the evening is wonderful. The rooms are large and luxurious. Even the towels left out by the pool are super soft. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great value for money. You'd pay a lot more for the equivalent of this hotel in other places.

Warm welcome, fantastic restaurant (closes early on Sunday but managed to make me a great burger and chips). Amazing SA hospitality as usual while so many other things fall apart.

Not easy to get to the rooms if you have heavy luggage (stairs etc) but sure staff will help if needed.

Fabulous overnight stay. I felt like a queen with the cozy and warm complimentary drinks in the fireplace lounge followed by a miraculouse three course gastronomical delight at the Homespun restaurant. What luxury, history and state of the art food. Amazing. Thank you!

The only drawback was the noisy door of the neighbor very early in the morning and the front door was also loud, but that is to be expected in a very old historical building. Otherwise, I cannot fault this hotel or the staff.
