Moorcroft Manor has a spectacular mountain view, and, as it was a clear night, the most expressive sky at night. Mr Clement at Reception was such a gent - he handled my arrival with charm and efficiency. As for the women of the Manor - well, they're all just superb!

It was a small pity that the lovely shrubs in my garden enclosure were so overgrown that they hid the mountain view and the nightsky. It would've been lovely sit in privacy and stare at the Mountain and the Constellations.

It is a beautiful establishment located in a beautiful part of the country. It was perfectly located for our snow chasing expedition up to Sani Pass :) The staff were friendly and accommodating. They happily changed our room after we noted a small issue in our original room. It was freezing cold (temps down to the negatives at night) but both rooms had aircons and one had underfloor heating, so we were kept warm. The common lounge area and restaurant had fires going all day as well.

A better selection of board games would have been nice since it was too cold to be outdoors. However we managed to busy ourselves with what was available.

Comfortable and Relaxing … just wonderful easy to be found, use google maps to get there comfortable. The hotel has just a couple of luxury rooms. The rooms are big. Very nice furniture. Very clean. High level standard. The hotel is located in a very spacy area. This is nature pure! Food is excellent, we had very seldom food in this quality in South Africa. Service always perfect and friendly. Wifi existing and strong. All in all very luxury place, very romantic atmosphere. You get value for your money! Would we come again? YES !! We will be back for sure.

A lovely hotels surrounded by beautiful mountains, very peaceful and quiet. It's also in a perfect location for a day trip up the Sani pass. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, staff was friendly. If I'm ever back in this area, I'm definitely coming here again.

Loved all the staff who were attentive and very friendly. Loved the restaurant food. Very nice and get value. Loved the views from my room. Loved the personal attention to detail things like a wee pillow sweet every night

I didn't like the adjoining door between the 2 rooms in the chalet. It meant I could hear everything single thing my neighbours were saying and doing.

The friendliness of the host and staff was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed chatting to Mario. The quality of food and flavour was great. We looked forward to dinner every evening and after five nights of stay the chef was continuously impressive. The wine selection was also on point.

The service was slow, no follow up to find out if we want more coffee, if everything was ok. Some of the other guests were looking for jam and there was no member of staff anywhere around. THey had to go to the kitchen.

Lovely stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were well appointed a good temperature, breakfast (included) was exceptional. We also ate dinner at the restaurant - excellent food, but slightly expensive. All in all, a wonderful experience.
