It was a lovely stay very comfortable room, reception very pleasant. Had access to all amenities, such as petrol, Wimpy restaurant, take away and small shop options. Parking for your car was at the room which made it secure and easy to load and unload.

We took the Bed & Breakfast option it appeared we may have been the only ones for breakfast. Thus service was without menu and direct from the kitchen. For the price not and exciting breakfast should have taken the bed only option and eaten at the Wimpy.

It was absolutely perfect for our needs, and they made a plan for us to have a very late check in because we were on a road trip and it took a lot longer than we thought it would due to road works, so we decided to stop in Kokstad at the last minute, and this was the perfect place to do that! Such comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful shower and very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and there was free parking.

I appreciate the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. The dining room has its own flair; it makes you feel at home. Thank you.

I had made a mistake when I booked via booking.com and paid for an additional double room. When I enquired at the reception desk if I could be credited a room for my next stay I was referred back to booking.com since the manager was not available. I was promised to be contacted by the manager. It did not happen. Sorry, as a customer I feel not taken serious enough in this matter.

Secure, ample parking in spacious grounds Outside of Kokstad (Kokstad central itself is not a good place to stay) Rooms are well equipped with wifi, fan, Microwave, bar fridge, tv and DSTV Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean Good bedding Conveniently located with Engen and access to pizza, burgers etc.

Mattresses - were a tad hard but did not disrupt sleep

Easy check-in. Extra blankets. Very clean. Bra fridge. Microwave. Tv. Bathroom and showe was a plus. An okay selection of fast food Restaurants at your doorstep. Very friendly staff.

No door between the rooms, lack of privacy. Beds are very hard making rest impossible 😔 Wifi on and off every 30 seconds and lack general cell phone reception in the area. Tv offering limited.

It was an overnight stop to break a long journey. The accommodation was fine for a short stay.

The location, the Inn is at the junction of busy roads and a bit too far to walk into the town. There was a restaurant on site, we did use it but it was quite expensive.

It was far from town but close enough to catch a taxi. The electric blanket was a hit. Wow, thank you.

One receptionist attitude towards me just because I was speaking a vernacular language that she didn't know and referred to another staff member, even when I said I can speak English. The panel heater in the room didn't give any heat.

The room was clean, location is close to a few restaurants especially since on the days we booked the in house restaurants was closed that worked in our favor.

Having the staff knocking on the door in the morning assuming we are checking out. That I didn't like tu sana.

Shops are close and the garage

I came early around 12:30 they made me wait up until 14:05 to get a Key. I was driving 3 hour and I was needed to attend the meeting at 2pm. I explained but no one attend my request but I sow that majority of keys were back.

The staff very professional and friendly; the rooms modern with large bathrooms and the best beds during our travel; a relaxing late sunny afternoon near the pool; your are immediate on the N2 = great on your way to Durban or Drakensberge - the highlight: delicious, freshly made sandwiches as part of our packed early breakfast.
