Almost everything, its 99% out of 100%. I enjoyed just the place, walking around and viewing those beutiful trees flowers. Its like you are living in your own world without troubles and challenges. The staff is well trained, they treat you well. They know about their place, if not sure about anything they call the right person to assist you 100% to the staff. The food, 100%. The set up, the breakfast, yooh. Keep up the good work. The way I was happy, I have considered coming back with my kidz too because this time it was just me and my husband. 😍

The room was great, the only thing I was not happy about was the TV. It wasn't clear and could only play East Cost Radio, no other stations e.g uKhozi FM. I am not sure if all other TV's are like the one in room 28. If yes, some sort of upgrade is required.

We had such an amazing stay! Ghost Mountain Inn made it really special for my son and Dad's birthdays from our room prep with a special birthday message on the bed, to an outstanding carvery dinner coupled with live entertainment who sang Happy Birthday to the birthday boys whilst blowing out their candles. Breakfast was sublime, my son loved the kids buffet table. Always a special spot for us when returning from a long camping trip, special mention to Jean as well as all management and staff for adding that personal touch and making us feel so welcome. Thank you for accommodating our trailers and cars for the night! We left feeling well rested, fed and rejuvenated!

very friendly welcome nice location and quality rooms beautiful sunset gazebo over the lake and ghost mountain very friendly waiters, always there for a chat (bit too often - coming for a chat while trying to have dinner was a bit much :)) opportunity to organize tours on the spot, with great guides kids wanted to stay longer than one night :)

Our room - we were upgraded from a standard room The place is so tranquil and really ideal for a resetting The staff. Oh my word - incredible and just so friendly The food was good The managers were also so kind, Jean and Eugene. I was there for my birthday and I felt so special.

We drove from Durban, and the road wasn't great. But we saw that construction is underway here and there. Hopefully, they will improve it.

Everything was out 9f this world. I was disappointed by the waiters in the restaurant. A bit 9f training will go a long way. The planned activites were all done on time and super enjoyable. Mist notable was Gugu who is the manager /supervisor who went out of her 2ay to make sure that we were comfortable and made sure that our wedding anniversary is memorable. 5 star service from Gugu, top marks indeed.

Some waitresses must learn a thing or two but that didn't damped our spirits. Will come back again and will share to all my social media posts. I loved my stay here, no complaints

Upon walking in, we were welcomed with warm, friendly smiles and drinks. Check-in was very prompt. Staff is very friendly. Every staff member at breakfast and dinner befriended my kid(6year old). Namely Nomvula Mkhwanazi, she was exceptionally friendly. She awaited to serve us for dinner and breakfast. The staff made our stay a very pleasant and memorable stay. The views of the mountains and gardens are spectacular. Definitely going back as we promised Nomvula.

Beautifully inn with very clean rooms, great facilities and the staff were friendly. The spa facilities were really good. The inn offered a number of animal experiences, we did the animal tracking and pangolins which were both excellent. Jean was brilliant ferrying is around for the animal experiences.

A great guest lodge with 2 pools and plenty of activities - however we were only there 1 night so didn’t take full advantage! Good restaurant for evening meals and breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful and the lodge is set in lovely grounds.

Check in, Mountain View Room on upper floor (more view of lovely gardens than mountain to be fair due to trees) , sunrise and sunset at the jetty very special. Very good buffet style breakfast and dinner, excellent choice quality and value. Service throughout to a high standard. Special thanks to Jean on Safari desk who was a font of knowledge.

I had booked a twin room, upon check-in i got upgraded to a suite (the majestic and lavish Obonjeni Suite) at no extra charge. Amazing experience, the staff were so friendly as always, the breakfast buffet was to die for. Thank you Ghost Mountain Inn, I will definitely be coming again.

Please consider some rubber bathroom mats as the ceramic tiles can get very slippery.
