We did not have breakfast. Ons het gehou vd ruimte vd vertrek en die wit beddegoed. Buitelig wt buite aansit en die stemme v ander mense in binnehof. Ekstra moeite met blommetjies op bed steel die hart. Warmkombers was aan. Heerlik! Admin uitstekend saam met verwelkomingsboodskap, sowel as Sat boodskap. Salige rustige atmosfeer.

Kopkant v bed voel afdraend. Matras het geskuif sonder rede. Hoe gemaak met die vuil koppies? Het maar in die wasbak gespoel. Geen sunlight Warmkombers was aan. Ek het ni geweet en sweterig wakker geraak. Gedog die duck feathers slaap snoesig.🤭 Parkering vir lang bakkie 'n geweldige uitdaging. Wie WEET waar die buitelig aanskakel. Vloerlap asb! Mooi stoele, maar pla voor die kas. Baie dankie.

Friendly service. Homely atmosphere, spacious rooms. Interior artistically decorated. Abundant information material about activities and sight-seeing in the area.

Staff not on site to attend to guests for part of the day/after hours. Sometimes the entrance gate was left open because guests need to check in and out by themselves, which causes a safety issue.

Location is in the heart of Montagu and very well looked after. Spot on directions to the guest house, very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice warm bedding. Green, healthy beautiful garden and lovely stoep, beautiful surroundings. Spacious rooms and offer all the necessary facilities needed with safe parking. Will definitely visit again and can recommed.

Loo Karoo Guest Lodge was comfortable and fully equipped for our self catering needs. The accommodation was perfectly located to access our planned mountain hikes. Also just a short walk into town to grab a nice bite to eat and drink at Mitchell’s Bar.

The only things that we could of done with was a surface to put items on as the bedroom area was lacking this facility.

Very good location! A lot of restaurants and some art galleries are in very short walking distance. The room was very nice and very neat! Everything you need is there! The communal kitchen is clean and very well equipped. The host was very welcoming, nice and helpful! And she gave us so much good advise! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Location very good close to everything. This is self catering so no breakfast. The accomodation is spacious and comfortable. Quite area and close to restaurants. The host was in contact throughout the the booking in and out process and friendly, efficient. The undercover and secure parking a big plus.

There is a leak in the bathroom that wets the floor and makes it uncomfortable when using the toilet. (the toilet seat does not stay up and bangs down when you stand up, a bit embarrasing) The tile floors where sticky and not spotless clean thoughout. I do appreciate that it was winter so no use for the pool, but it could be kept clean.

It's a lovely venue in what must surely be the best part of Montagu. Very quiet and relaxing, and while there were other people present, there was minimal disturbance. It was so refreshing to enter and find the key - the trust is amazing. Rooms re generous and there is a great lounging area as well as a full kitchen available for guests. IJn addition, there is also a microwave and fridge in the room which is super useful. The grounds are wonderful with many flowering plants giving a light atmosphere. I also commend the host for anticipating load shedding and ensuring that guests remain connected to the Wi-Fi and the bathroom stay on. Parking was available was free, which was appreciated.

The pool was much smaller than anticipated and could have done with a cleaning especially because it was quite hot. There were some signs of a lack of maintenance in the shower as rust was visible. Wheelchair users might struggle as there are many steps in the venue.

We stayed at Koo Karoo as a group of friends. It is located centrally in a beautiful street in Montagu. Christine was very kind and communicated well. We stayed in the apartment and cottage which was both well equip and had a lovely braai. The beds were comfy. Very good value for money.

Christine and Michelle are very friendly and welcoming. Koo Karoo is extremely comfortable and has a lovely splash pool and well kept gardens. Cars are parked behind secure electric gates. A 2 minute walk to the lovely town. We will be back!

Comfortable, private sitting out area, lovely pool and gardens. Safe parking behind electric gate. Friendly owner and staff. Stayed here on numerous occasions - definitely recommend.
