Accommodating, friendly staff. Lovely room Amazing views

Breakfast (Zloofzight and 26 degrees) amazing value for money. Dirt Road to the rooms not great (room 15) Breakfast indoor seating area not vacuumed, flowers on the table dead, and one table broken. Hike ... road markers (directions) not clear, and in some cases not visible.

The room was heated on our arrival which was great as it was a very cold night. The room was cozy and clean. The bathroom area was great, I especially enjoyed the bath tub.

There were no slippers or robes provided, not sure if this is offered with the better room option but it would have been nice to be included. It would have been great if there was hot chocolate sachets with the tea and coffee.

The breakfast was good and the room was very beautiful. The facilities are wonderful.

The comfort of the bed was slightly hard, perhaps bed upgrades are in order and the door did not allow us access after we checked in.

We loved the surroundings of the property. It was not just a comfortable room, but we could take walks in the beautiful gardens. Our room had air con which helped with the cold evenings and having our baby cosy There was flexibility. We could order food in the restaurant and have it taken to our room Staff were very friendly and accommodated to get a baby seat for our baby with ease

I would wish for the TV's to have the options of Netflix where guests can login to their Netflix account. Breakfast could have more variety on the hot breakfast

Was a very pleasant stay. Liked the location and cleanliness. Views of the countryside were perfect.

Room could be warmer. The oil heater was not sufficient to heat the room. Breakfast waiters need to be more attentive. My table had no cutlery and the breadbasket was not replenished until asked.

signage on the hiking trails need improvement - I got lost during my hike tv channels and quality of signal not great poor mobile network (although most likely a result of all the loadshedding)

Staff was great. The restaurant served a great dinner and drinks. Lovely fireplace and great service.

The wifi in my room was very poor. The aircon also couldn't warm up the room and the heater was too small for a room of that size. Need a better heating solution.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the venue excellent located for us, lots to do went cycling and to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I loved the room and the scenery at the property. Check in was quick and painless. The breakfast was delicious and so well prepared.

I really didn't enjoy my experience at the restuarant for dinner. I had made a reservation for 6pm and the staff just seemed unsure about whether or not we should get a table. The food was average and the service was mediocre.

Everything except the directions to the place wid no physical address n cannot be found on Google maps. The conference venue was far off from the rooms. I was expecting it in the hotel or next but not a drive to the venue - Urgently they need more lighting all over the property as well as from the car park at the venue to the conference pitch black cant see in front of you. Also lighting in the venue is very bad no dimmer switches. Especially when you have a function we had to switch off some lights to get some type of ambience going. The biggest let down was the food at the venue n breakfast the next morning. The food at the venue had no taste n very bland. I don't think the chefs knew how to cook. We were told we are getting lamb Rogan Josh but we got some type of a casserole wid no herbs n spices bland😏 . It was a mess. Worst food I ever ate at a function.
