New modern look of the hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, ample parking and good breakfast. We liked their rooms fitted with extra big beds (bigger than kind size), ensuite shower and bathtub with a separate closed-off toilets.

There are no room phones, we had to use our own phone to contact reception for room service as the dial-back system, which we were informed about at check-in, didn’t work. The selection of TV channels was very limited, with only about four working channels, and no channel for kids. Additionally, the TV in our room kept turning on at 4 a.m. at high volume, which was very strange and disruptive. It seemed like a reminder had been set previously, and we were unable to change or cancel it.

The room was large and open, with a massive bed big enough for us and our toddler to sleep in, the single bed wasn't really even necessary! Everything was very clean and very pretty, and the staff were lovely and always helpful. There's a big restaurant downstairs which is very convenient with a nice play area for busy kiddos.

It states in the hotels description that there is a shuttle service however this is not the case. We asked the man at the front desk if he could arrange a shuttle for us and he said they don't have one, they could only call a minibus taxi for us, which is not ideal, especially with a hyperactive toddler. We didn't have our car with us as it went for a service. There are stairs one can use to take a walk to riverside mall, which we did, but once again not ideal, really didn't feel safe, and walking across a busy highway with a toddler, well, not the best scenario.

Travelling for business and work, this hotel was really incredible. Assistance from the staff, comfort in the rooms, being able to site outside on the patio area to do some work, and the exceptional buffet for breakfast and dinner, this hotel is recommended - especially for extended stays.

The WiFi coverage can be better in certain areas of the hotel. Some rooms have great WiFi access, where some seems to be just on the border for efficient WiFi access. Make sure that Dom Pedros and Irish Coffees are added to the Bar Menu.

The staff was just amazing, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Their breakfast could use an update though and a bit of chance every other day. What I loved though is that the manager Eugene was always open to suggestions and the kitchen staff very willing to accommodate requests for foods that were not on offer. Everyone was proper CHILLED 😁.

Me and my 3 kids were squashed into a room which was described as a family room but was actually a couple room with a sofa bed and an extra cot squeezed in as an extra bed. Although I loved being in a cozy place and bonding with my kids it did get on the teenagers’ nerves to share such a small space.

The buffet breakfast is really excellent! For business trips this hotel is ideal. The staff is amicable and helpful. The rooms are very modern, especially the huge shower, and a separate room for the toilet. I will definitely stay here again for my business trips.

If you are on vacation this may not be an ideal hotel, it is a bit too clinical - and lacks the warmth you want when you are on holiday - especially since the hotel is located within a business area - but there is a spa, which I did not have time to try out, so maybe next time.

Comfortable beds, mini pool side to relax. Spacious rooms, adequately resourced.

Gym room, 1. Looks not regularly cleaned, dusty. 2. lights system an after thought with no instructions, not easy to locate - Had to call assistance to switch them on. 3. Water cooling system not refreshed and cleaned, water was rusty brown. Requested bottled water instead and staff was attending to water cooler system when I left.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. I asked for ice and was served with more than enough. My daughter enjoyed herself in the children's pool and playing area. We had a good breakfast with enough breakfast options and a five-star waitress service 😋

The room was by the roadside, I would have loved a room on the other side

Food was good. The shuttle driver very friendly. Room kept very tidy n neat.

TV Channels were a very big disappointment There should also be pool chairs as well on the eastern side of building . Service n upgrade the gym equipment Spa shower should be used as such not a storeroom, please.

Delicious fresh breakfast served daily! The hotel is situated nicely close to most attractions, food and entertainment facilities. Yhoo the beds and pillows are just perfect. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. The food was great and well prepared, though it did take a bit of a while to be arrive. 🌟They also have a backup generator for when the lights go off 🥰 so we never found ourselves in the dark👌🏾

The vehicles passing on the freeway were very noisy. Unfortunately I booked when there was a kids birthday party and the kids noise was a bit irritating (not the hotel's fault) as I needed some quiet time away, so that was a bit of a damper. The TV channels 😩 mostly sports and news channels were available. Some variety would really be appreciated, eg. cartoons for the little ones and more movies🙏🏽

The environment and cleanliness of the place is amazing! and the staff there was friendly!

The fact that when I was getting ready to leave just before 10am the cleaning lady wanted to come into the the room and clean .. and also the fact that they want to make a copy of my business card made me uncomfortable, it’s risky
