The property is well-secured with ample cameras, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The kids' play area is fantastic and provides a safe, fun environment for children. The premises are very clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff deserves special mention for their helpfulness and genuine care—they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Overall, this is a great place to stay, especially for families. Highly recommend it!

My experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic amenities and support. The air conditioning did not work at all, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. To add to this, the DSTV was also not functioning. I reported both issues to the staff, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address them during my stay. I hope the management can improve their responsiveness and ensure essential facilities are in working order to enhance the guest experience.

Zebrina Guest House deserves a solid 5-star rating! The rooms were absolutely exceptional—spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly neat. Every detail was attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathrooms. The level of service was unmatched; the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Truly a home away from home!

Nothing at all

Great stay at Zebrina guesthouse for the weekend. The rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The property has a lot of space, great views and a nice swimming pool area. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. I'm so glad we stumbled on this gem of a place, we will certainly return whenever we are back that side of the world.

Great location, close to town and to the malls. We stayed in room 2 (I think); spacious, clean, and with a mini balcony. Perfect for a night cap. The lady at the reception when we arrived was amazing and very friendly.

The way breakfast was handled was not great. Breakfast is served by 9.30, we unfortunately missed this and arrived at 9.40. The staff we encountered at first wasn't welcoming, the manager then asked them to prepare a quick breakfast for u (just eggs really, since there was left over bacon), but they only prepared one portion. Oddly, when we were paying and leaving, the receptionist didn't ask about our stay. That's a first for me.

It was my second stay, I loved the first time when I stayed there for my birthday in September last year, we stayed at the main section (where there's a reception and pool) ig was amazing, lovely fresh smell, everything perfect that's why I booked again

We got the other section of the guest house it's not same standard as the other one, towel was dirty, gate was manual and felt unsafe to get of the car at night to open and drive the car inside, get off and close it again. Otherwise it was ok. I'd still book again in future.

The environment was so good, its quiet, and everyone does his/her thing privately with no disturbance. The property is not far from the Mall and its easy to walk there.

I have less to talk about food at Zebrina Guesthouse. I had some issues since when I booked/choose to stay ay Zebrina for R1.8k, it was including Breakfast and Dinner. However upon my arrival I was told that the amount of R1.8K is for stay in the property only with exclusion of Breakfast and Dinner, I had to pay extra for Dinner on the night of my checking in, but the following day, I had to make other arrangements. That's the only aspect/issue/situation that made me feel not comfortable at all because I already made my plans knowing that am covered with regard to food, but I was taken by surprise, a huge one. Truly speaking if I was not deceived with the advert on Booking.com regarding the price which was including food, I would have opted for other option elsewhere.

This was my second stay at Zebrina. It's in a great location, with very secure parking. Close to shops and the MediClinic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and great value for money. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. I really love the gardens and there are many places to sit outside and work in the garden.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Setup is a esthetically pleasing and a great way to keep kids entertained. Great location.

The pool was dirty, even after we requested they have it cleaned, water was still green, there was visible sand and leaves in the water

The nature 🥹♥️ it was adventurous the atmosphere was so nice the rooms where clean the place is so beautiful and the stuff were so sweet except their breakfast

The pool side it’s not the same as the pictures uploaded I wanted to swim but seemed a bit dirty it looked abandoned

It almost felt like being in a giant treehouse!!! There are many trees and decks that can be explored. A jungle effect with hide outs situated in a lush green enviroment.

The room was very neat and clean. It had the most amazing shower and it also had a bath for the rest of the family! I also had a private outside area to further enjoy the green of the lowveld.
