The hotel is in a nice location, the pool was amazing.

The first room I got had a smell from the bathroom. After speaking to the guy at the reception I was given another room which was way better. When making a booking it included a breakfast which I asked the options upon arrival. I was told there is also a hot meal and a buffer but when I went for the breakfast there was only cereals, the lady's in the kitchen didn't even care as when I asked one of them said that what i see is the only option they give everyday for breakfast. I find it disappointing as not everyone eats cereals.

The area is quiet, secured, the room was well presented and the staff was friendly.

The structure need a bit of maintenance (repainting of the walls outside would revive the look of the place and make it look nicer). The flowers outside the building were old, changing them with fresher ones would make the place look really nice. The chairs in the pool area were a bit worn out and the pool was dirty inside.

Stuff was friendly, even though there wasn’t enough of them. Room was comfortable.

The place could do with some maintenance and more stuff to help with the rooms and food. Saw pictures of the bar before booking but there wasn’t any.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The best part was Owen and how accommodating and lovely he was, he went above and beyond for us, flight was cancelled and Owen sorted us out to be able to stay another night. He definitely needs some recognition, for all his hard work. Cleaners and chefs were also very friendly and helpful

Pool wasn't clean, but again Owen was the one to get this sorted for us. The owner really should make sure this us ready for use all year round as although it's winter in SA, for us folks from UK it's like summer for us. Quite a few ants, but again it's a hot climate so just have to store things properly.

I loved how hidden the location is, it is a beautiful and underrated gem in the heart of Rosebank/ Randburg. These sites are often quite hard to find in the City of Jhb. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's stunning exterior and beautifully landscaped grounds. The breakfast area was equally impressive, featuring elegant decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional Owen, he was very welcoming, and was always ready to assist and help no matter the need, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

The Breakfast area needs to be upgraded , maybe with a more modern touch , the old antiques were quite dusty and look like they have lost their touch and just maybe an upgrade with the general maintenance of the place (outdoor pool area)

the floor was dirty and when we having breakfast they re-used the dirty plate to put a clean butter.

The breakfast was the problem there wasn't a variety and the staff are Incompetent. They never get orders right you ask for medium eggs they give you well done eggs. You ask for beef sausage they give you pork Sausage you ask for a pot of tea they bring one cup of tea. You ask for cutlery for the whole table they just bring for one person. Don't know if they English was the problem.

The property and it's facilities were fine, Owen the manager is such a nice guy and went out of his to make us feel comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient as well and very friendly

The bathroom needs to revamped and we noticed a few light fittings had fallen out...a little more maintenance and it would be perfect More options for the breakfast menu could be considered as I only eat kosher or halaal..that would help bring a broader spectrum of clients

Exceptional cooked to order breakfast included in the room price. Unfortunately the weather and time we had didn’t facilitate using the Pool but it looked clean and well maintained

Load shedding is always an inconvenience but it wasn’t a deal-breaker

The place outside and the two guys were very helpful the place is next to the mall so that was amazing🫶😚,wifi super and hot water always available.

The air conditioner was not functioning well, tv has to be a smart tv we failed to watch most of the things we watch at home so its a disadvantage, can breakfast be buffet they limited us we had to order out.Can the bedding be changed everyday
