First of all, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was no language barrier even though we don’t speak Korean beyond “hello” and “thank you”. The location is very convenient, we were able to reach the most famous landmarks on foot (but if you don’t want to do that, there is a subway station very close to the hotel and Seoul Station is just one stop away which makes the commute to the airport very convenient). The rooms are well equipped (above the standard, we got way more amenities than in any other hotel we visited) and very clean. Also, there is a nice common space where you can sit and have coffee in the morning. Hotel WiFi worked smoothly. What I liked was that right behind the door to the room there is a small space to leave your outdoor shoes. It made us feel more at home as this is how we roll in our country as well.

The staff was extraordinary. Always smiling, always willing to help, always supporting, always there. We had two stays one after another and hotel stored for us a luggage that was a great help. I consider a great value a service for washing for a very good price. Rooms are not super big, but clean and comfortable, very good vallue for money. Location is excellent - it is less than 100 meters from the Hoehyeon metro station, cross the street from Namdaemun and Myeong-Dong markets and 5 minutes walk to Seoul station. Next to the hotel are two 24x7 grocery stores and many restaurants and pubs.

It is only personal preference - I would prefer harder bed. Otherwise no objections.

Good size twin bed room for my daughter and I. Good water pressure in shower after a big day out. We didn’t have loads of luggage so worked for us. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Aircon directly on your face as you sleep. Room heat up quickly it fits not on in hot weather.

Really really comfortable bed and pillow. Strategic location - walking distance to Myeongdong and Namdaemun; Seoul station is just one stop away; Shinsegae mall, Lotte mall are nearby. Room got window, ventilation is good. Room is quite spacious. Floor is warm.

The WiFi connection keeps dis-connected at night. Room 301, the door is opened to the inside (other rooms on the same floor are opened to outside), so it is quite inconvenient when coming in and out.

Tucked away in an alley near restaurants, subway line, and stores, this hotel felt very cozy. The Staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms are perfect size for me, I prefer small rooms, so clean and filled with all the amenities you will need. Superb location.

The room was surprisingly big compared to the one we had in a much bigger hotel. We were very happy with the beds. They provide you with bathrobes, towels, tooth brushes, everything you need. Again waaay better service than a hotel we were in before. The hotel is in an alley. It's still close to everything and for us it was a win. Will definetly be booking again. At our arrival, I forgot my phone in the taxi and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and actually cared and helped me until I got it back in that same hour. I was so grateful and wanted to offer a thank you coffee or a drink but she said "It's okay, you are my customer". This left an unforgettable good first impression. Thank you and see you in the future.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is old school style and run by a small staff. Because of this, they were very attentive, kind, and supportive. The facilities and rooms are refurbished despite the older building, and the room AC kept us so cool and comfortable in the horrible Korean heat. The location was a little hard to find only because Google maps doesn’t allow waking navigation for some reason, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. There’s a small lounge area next to the lobby where you can rest and enjoy their complimentary coffee and water. Honestly I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an affordable but comfortable stay.

The room was a little small, offering only one seat at a bar-counter-like vanity table, and then the bed and bathroom. But since this is Asia standard living space, I was okay with it. The elevator and hallways aren’t air conditioned, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. I’ve heard of hotel managers who would help guests order food deliveries to the hotels since foreigners without a Korean phone number or registration number cannot order online delivery. Unfortunately, this hotel does not assist their guests with that.

Everything was perfect. They even had a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggage. Very clean. I lije bathrooms like at daeyoung where you have space to put your stuff on while you shower. The concierge who welcomed us and saw us off, was so clever in tying my bag to my carryon that it was so easy to walk with them to the station. I would come back to this hotel for sure.

The only thing i didn’t like was they had no rail to hold going up the stairs to the lobby. But i was grateful that when it rained and the steps were wet, they put fabric to cover the steps to make sure they were not slippery.

For the price and location this hotel is fantastic, yes the rooms are small because of location/price but they have everything you need, great aircon, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/ a good hairdryer/ slippers/robes and a small window to see out into the city. The rooms were lovely and clean and cleaned daily. The bathroom was really good, bigger than expected and strong shower. The staff were all great and helped us cook our food in the small kitchen with microwave/hot water. There is a water filter machine as well to fill up bottles and a computer you can use. The location is perfect with a shop/subway/bus stops all within a few mins walk away, as well as the food market and main shopping streets. Perfect place to base yourself for exploring seoul.

I had no expectations for this hotel but it ended up being really great! It's tucked away off a main street so it's nice and quiet and the rooms are great. It's definitely on the smaller side but has everything you need. There are small little amenities in case you need a razor or anything and the beds were comfortable. The lady working at the front was so kind and pleasant. She was always very warm and inviting. She also let us store our bags before arriving and after we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
