night shift staff don’t really speak english, we had a hard time understanding each other and messed our check out date.

Room had a good equipped kitchen with a very big fridge. Overall the room and the bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Shower gel was offered and the location is convenient located and quiet at night (almost no traffic noise). Staff was very friendly and speak suitable english.

Lot's of food deliveries during the night, which is a thing in Seoul. The Delivery men are not very quiet but that is not the hotels fault. Also, you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper, which may seem confusing and weird for foreigners ;)

First of all the location. 5 minutes or so walk from Sinchon station. Walking distance from Hongde and other popular places. The room is specious with a place to eat the breakfast you cooked in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the room!! Clean and a shower with a door unlike some other hotels we stayed in where you get the whole room wet. The people at reception were super nice.

Maybe just a bit pricey.

This residence was very convenient for sightseeing, being close to the train station! The bus stop to the airport is only a 5 minute walk away, so I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage. Staff is very friendly !

Friendly staff. The room had a good size so two suitcases could be opened without lying in the way. The room was clean and equipped with a washing machine which also was a dryer, a microwave, some cuttlery and few utilities to cook which we did not use. The hotel is located quite conveniently close to a train and a subway station. Many busses stop near the hotel as well. There is a cu convenience store located in the same building.

The room photos on the internet and reality differ a bit, because the room isn`t as modern as it may seem on the photos. But it is still a good deal considering Seoul`s priceness and this hotel`s convenience, size and cleanliness.

Well equipped studio in vicinity; convenient location between Hongdae and city center. Easy to reach from airport.

Sound insulation not too good; student dorm atmosphere.

The location is perfect, rooms are spacious.

Topmost is the very helpful staff who accommodated every request we made especially with regards to assistance in the transportation because of my disabled daughter who is with us for a treatment in Severance Hospital which is just near the hotel.

The Saturdays without room availability which prevented us from booking a continous stay and we were required to transfer hotel and be back again on the next day which is very tiring.

Very big apartment and bathroom. Pretty quiet

It was quite warm at every time so I had to turn on the air conditioning or sleep with windows open, but it wasn't such a big deal. Better warm than cold for sure

There is a small gym on B1. It doesn't have much equipment, but it was nice to be able to use. It was nice to have a washing machine! You can buy laundry detergent and other necessities in the convenience store connected to the building.
