Location is very good! Near the subway station & bus stop, and you’ll pass by a lot of restaurants and some stores while walking to the station & bus stop. We visited during cherry blossom season, and you’ll pass by them too! Staff was very kind & accommodating, especially when I had concerns. They are also very understanding. Breakfast is simple & nice and will get you through the morning.

If your room is by the staircase, you will hear the main door closing and opening, but we didn’t mind much! There are 2 Hao Guesthouse in Naver map, so make sure to follow & check the address given by Michael. I made the mistake of selecting the wrong one on Naver map

- we got free upgrade to the family room bcs the triple one wasnt ready, they also allowed us to do early check-in and store our luggage for awhile when check out - super strategic location! close to both hongik and sincheon stations, just perfect to go from airport line, plenty of mini marts around, didn't get to ask for washing machine but there's self laundry kiosk nearby - the building seems new so both the room and shared kitchen/lounge were really clean - we love the breakfast and the toiletries, they provided cute slippers to use too - the beds were comfy enough, there're lots of sockets like everywhere so it's really good, the 5G wifi was also fast - Beomseok was really kind and helpful, he even helped us to bring our heavy luggages bcs there's no elevator - we were so sad to leave bcs it's so comfortable here and even tried to extend our stay but sadly the rooms were fully booked - overall it was super worth it, will definitely back again soon!

- the room is actually quite small especially for 4 of us with many luggages but it's still ok tho - the bathroom's drain were clogged several times but Beomseok helped us to fix it real quick - there's no big desk or sumn to work so you'll need to go out or maybe use the table in the shared kitchen

Enjoyed our stay at Hao Guesthouse. it’s located near Hongik Univ Station, even accessible to train going to airport. Michael was very helpful, he even fetched us at the station when we arrived late evening coming from Nami island. The guesthouse is new, even the furniture. we got a twin room. the bed was clean and comfortable, the room spacious even the bathroom. they have filtered water. We had good breakfast and they also allowed to use their kitchen. highly recommended when staying in Hongdae. so many coffee and quirky shops in the area. would definitely consider staying again.

The location is very good if you want a stay right off of AREX as it is only like 2 minutes away from Hongik Station exit and it is only like 4 minutes away from the popular Hongdae area. Staff is very chill and communicative You also have access to a shared kitchen with drinks and light food too The room and bed were clean and it has individual air conditioning The washroom was clean too and had shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Washroom is kind of small tho and if you want to shower, pretty much where you are standing to brush your teeth in front of the mirror is also the place where you take a shower

The location of 'Hao' was really good and convenient. From the 'Hongdae airport railway station', it took only 5 minutes to walk. And the building and all facility was new so really really clean to stay. And around the 'Hao' there were lots of restraunt to eat delicious food. Lastly.. the all the staff in Hao,,, they were very kind and helped me a lot like to book restruant/taxi etc... Maybe next month I have to go to Seoul again and will choose Hao again

It was clean, the location is really convenient (located in a quite street but still close to public transportation and Hongdae street) and we enjoyed our stay there!

As advertised. The building is new as well as all the amenities, the breakfast inclusions is a bonus as well!

There’s no elevator so carrying big luggages might be a problem but Michael & staff helped us carry our things up and down the stairs.

-Pretty close to the airport railroad station (Hongdae stn exit#6) So, it's very convenient travelling to/from ICN airport with big luggage. Even though the guesthouse's not in the shopping area of Hongdae, it's still good and easy walking distance to all the shops and cafes that I've bookmarked. -The room's very CLEAN. Couldn't see any traces of dust which normally I'm very sensitive to. -The staff (Mr.Beomseok) was so kind and understanding. I've requested for early check-in as I felt unwell from long haul flight. He texted me immediately after the cleaning was done. -As a light sleeper, I didn't have any problems at all during the night using earplugs. During the day, I could hear the auto front door, since my bedroom was right at the stair facing the front door. Yet, not that bothering me. -Common area/breakfast = no comments as I didn't have a chance to use it. Considering the price, definitely worth it! I'd come back again for sure!

Breakfast was great for the price! Travelled alone so the bunk bed and room size was okay for me. Michael was very accommodating and even helped carry my luggage to the room. Fresh towels are provided daily (you get them from the cabinet). Location is okay once you know where and how to get there (hint: you may go through the Gyeongui Line Book Street near Exit 6 of Hongik Univ Station)

make sure you can carry your luggage since there's no elevator.
