The location, beds and host were great. All cleaning supplies and shower supplies provided. The unit was clean. The host was quick to respond. For 10 of the 13 night stay, my 2 young teens were alone bc I was in the hospital for unexpected emergency care. My kids were safe and had all they needed. The location was easy to get anywhere via subway or bus, which my kids quickly and easily figured out how to use. (We do not have a transit system at all where we are from so this was new for them.) Between visits to the hospital, they explored much of Seoul with no issues.

Blackout curtains would have been appreciated for both sound and light buffering while sleeping. The bathroom has a bit of a mold issue that regrouting would fix. None of this would have kept us from renting but it would have added stars for comfort of stay.

The location is perfect! It is right in the middle of Hongdae and just across the street from the bus station. Exit 2 of hongik univ station is just 100 meters away. The room is very clean and complete with a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, hair dryer and 2 extension cords where we could charge our phones and gadgets. Toiletries, towels, slippers, cups, plates, cutleries and kitchenware were also provided. The shower has good hot water and good water pressure. The owner responds quickly to our questions and requests and is very accommodating. For the price we paid, it is a very good deal and we'll definitely stay here again if we go back.

Maybe because we opened the window, there were several mosquitoes inside the room. All of us got mosquito bites while we were there. I would recommend bringing an insect repellant or use mosquito patches.

The location is very goooood!!! just 30sec by walk from Hongik univ Station Exit 2.t The room is clean and tidy, all the unit is new upgraded. The manager is nice guy.. he can speak Chinese and English. He help us call delivery food at late night, chicken and zazhangmion. thanks SH SEOUL!!! you gave me wonderful night. I will back again asap.

- Location is great, near train station, food, olive young, shopping area - Provide two extension cord, no issue on charging hp/ power bank - Provide enough toilet roll - Hanging rack, detergent available for easy laundry works - utensil, bowl, plate and detergent available - easy check in with passcode given.

- Shower Towel is small, is like facial towel size. Have to bring own towel. - Shower room no shower screen, after shower whole area wet - No heater in shower room, esp winter is super cold after shower - not enough hanger to hang winter wear, no wardrobe available, just a hanging rack with hangers.

We have booked 2 rooms for 8 people. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people per room. There is a small kitchenette with a washing machine. The whole entire room is clean and tidy. The location is very convenient. The train station is just 100m from the accommodation. Kim (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. He responded to the text message within 5 minutes. He knows English and Mandarin. Check-in is a very simple process.

Only provide face towels. But Kim is happy to replace towels whenever required. The pillow is too soft.

Good location, near 2 big metro lines. Spacious, all luggages open on the floor and still space to walk. Kitchen & Laundry included on the flat.

It's no ones fault, but the location being on a main avenue can be a bit noisy, but it's also good being near a main avenue. The shower dont have a curtain so it's easy to wet the entire bathroom by accident.

Great location, very close to Hongik University subway exit 2, close to shopping and street food. Spacious room with washing machine makes a great choice for family travel. Highspeed wifi, connect with ease. Kitchen available so if you want to bring food from convenient store/supermarket, it’s not a problem as well.

The fridge is not working well during our stay.

It's like less than 2 min walk from Hongik University Station Exit 2. It's less than 500M from Hongdae Shopping Street. There's lot of amenities surrounding the apartment. The host is very helpful and will answer to any of your enquiries. Highly recommended to all large group travelers.

The location is perfect! The room size is just nice for a family of three. Clear instructions from owner, check in and out very smoothly and we have room to store luggages before check in. Even though the room is located along the main road, but not really can hear the noise from outside. Recommend this room!

very near to metro station and hongdae shopping street, very convenient to find food and shop, owner was nice and helpful to contact driver for airport shuttle service.

we stay for few days and accumulate some waste. need to stay with the wastes for few days unless you throw the food wastage to outside area dustbin. Luckily the whether is cold so no odour and bug.
