First of all, I want to thank the hotel's staff. On my last day I booked a taxi to the airport which never arrived and this was very stressful as I could miss my flight. The gentleman working at the desk that day saved me from panic attack: he ordered me a taxi which arrived very quickly and I didn't miss my flight. The taxi was even cheaper than the one I booked online, so highly recommend ordering a taxi at the property, just do it beforehand to avoid stress. Overall the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was quite spacious, very clean. The window view was incredible (I was on the sixth floor). There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, as well as bus stop and several subway stations.

Soundproofing and the size of towels (although there are 5 of them, they are all very small).

The place is quiet. The staff is also helpful and welcoming. It is also near some tourist spots and shopping centers.

The room is quite small, so there's not enough space if you have big luggages. It's also a little far from the subway, so you will need to walk for some time. The surrounding area is also a little dark at night.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It's very close to Gwangjang Market (15 min walk), 30 minutes walk to DDP and about 10 to 20 minutes walk to several UNESCO World Heritage sites (Jongmyo Shrine and Changdeokgung Palace). Also, it's only 4 stops from Seoul station, so after a LONG flight it was perfect for me and perfect to get to other places. The hotel was also easy to find. Approximately 7 mins walk from the station.

The cup in my hotel room was not clean.

i stayed from december 11 to december 12 and i paid 300€. It was really cold outside and it was really warm in the room so it was perfect. I have never slept in such a perfect bed. Absolutely everything was clean. They make sure you have water, towels, toilet paper and tissues every single morning. It is near the subway and convenience stores. It’s really easy to find the hotel, i suggest to use the app Navermap. The staff is really respectful and helpful. I asked them if they could call a taxi for 5:30 am to go to the airport, at 5:20am the taxi driver rang my bedroom doorbell and made sure everything was okay, he waited for me outside of the hotel. It is a super good quality and in the center of Seoul. I will come back for sure.

There weren’t a lot of spaces for the luggages but you can still put them under the beds.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was really small, suitable for a shorter stay. The hotel has a washing machine and wonderful massage chairs. The cleaner brought new towels and water bottles every day. The location of the hotel is good, we walked several times to Myeongdong and Naksan Park. Metro and Bus also nearby.

The minus was that our sheets were not changed once, even though we were in the hotel for three weeks and all the sounds can be heard very clearly from the corridor to the room.

The hotel is quite nice and fairly clean. The aircon is a lifesaver in the heat. The bathroom is a decent size and they provide you with fresh towels and bottled water every day. You get quite a lovely view from the windows on the higher floors.The staff are very polite and friendly. It's based in a good location, quite close to several train stops and tourist attractions.

If you're returning to the hotel late at night the alleyways outside are a bit dark and creepy ( though still quite safe)

Booked for 14 days in this hotel. It was good "base of operations", 7-10 minutes walk to metro, good proximity to coffee shop, starbucks, grocery store and bus stop. 15 minutes metro ride to Seoul Station. Hotel itself clean, daily housekeeping, free water bottle everyday. A/c in the room is working good. Washing machine and drying costs 6000 won total.

The small pouf chair is not really comfortable to seat for longer period of time. Walls are a bit thin so sometimes you can hear other guests upstairs.

The Hotel facilities is great. The Staff is helpful even though they speak korean only.

The room was dusty, the tea cups was covered with dust, even under the bed is full of dust.

the location is very central, nice city view from the room, everyday the room got cleaned by the stuff, good price

The bathroom floor was completely wet after taking a shower (there wasn’t any curtain or glass wall) and it took long to dry and therefore it was a bit inconvenient to use the bathroom right after taking a shower.
