Despite the hotel building looks small from external, this hotel is excellent and very value for money :- 1) the king bed is superb nice to sleep. 2) daily cleaning is superb goof work by housekeeper. 3) the shower compartment is superb larger (nearly double size than most of the hotels). 4) the shower/toilet room is superb modern and very clean and nice. 5) nearby is fantastic as they are eating street with many shops/restaurants/night eating street open till 11pm with full crowd. 6) accessible by train/bus from main train station to this hotel.

WE LOVE THAT IT IS A NEW HOTEL N SO NEAR TO SUBWAY N IN MYEONGDONG DISTRICT. THERE IS A FAMOUS BAGEL SHOP JUST DOWNSTAIR SO U SHOULD TRY IT. SO MANY FOOD, SHOPPING CAN BE DONE HERE. N IT IS SO EASY TO USE THE SUBWAY TO GO HONGDAE, SINSA, EVERYWHERE ELSE U WANT TO GO. THE HOTEL IS EVEN ABLE TO PROVIDE A LIMOUSINE SERVICE TO AIRPORT AT 9500 WON AT THE DOOR STEP. ON GOOGLE MAP IS CALL HOTEL VERT. BUT IF U USING NAVAR MAP. PLS JUST USE HOTEL VER. ELSE U ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND THE LOCATION. THERE IS A SMALL KITCHEN THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY DO SIMPLE COOKING IF WE WANT TO. SO IS LIKE A MINI APARTMENT. BUT THE SPACE IS THE BEST. WE HAVE TRIPLE BED N IS SO NICE TO SLEEP INTO. WE WOKE UP LATE EVERYDAY !.

THE HOTEL WATER IS A BIT HARD TO CONTROL. THERE IS A LIGHT SENSOR SO EACH TIME SOMEONE GOES TO THE TOILET, THE LIGHT TURN ON.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer which is great for long stays. The location is great as well. very convenient (good public transport around) however strangely you cannot find it on Naver map.

The bed sheets are kinda dirty and there was a few strands of hair on the bed sheets and also a can (we didn't pick up) under the bed.

Location was perfect. Right at the centre of Myeongdong. Getting there from airport is very easy. Room was a good size for the 3 of us. Not big but ok. Toilet was really spacious though and the fridge! I’ve never seen any hotels provided a full size fridge before. The staffs were helpful and even allowed us to check in early.

Wish there are hanging hook bars for jackets. The closet is too small for that

The room was huge, well lit and quiet. The in house coin laundry was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very professional and spoke very good English. Location was excellent, the airport limousine picks up just the next street as does multiple tour operators.

The space was good for 3-member family. The separate kitchen sink and table top were useful for concurrent usage by multiple users, especially during washing up.

The toilet has some sewage smell, especially when the fan was not turned on.

Location is excellent, easily accessible to public transport and shopping streets. Staff are helpful and friendly. Water dispenser available in the hotel.

Hot water a bit slow and bed are hard

“About Bagel” was on the bottom floor of the hotel. They had fabulous bagels etc… The location couldn’t have been better. I went out when my husband was asleep and I felt safe & happy to be out alone.

Unfortunately I have to say the staff. Housekeeping would rearrange small items like 1) I moved the small trash where it was convenient for me, they moved it back. 2) I moved the large pillows off my bed and stashed them elsewhere because I brought my own pillow, they moved them back. 3) They would forget to empty the trash and when I took it to the reception area, they told me where to dispose of it instead of just taking it themselves. The staff was not friendly and we had our first room inspection upon checking out and it wasn’t a quick inspection. We hung out a substantial amount of time in the lobby while they did a thorough inspection. We have traveled to many countries and have never had a ‘room inspection’. I understand why they would do it but it was an uncomfortable situation.

I loved the location. The space in the room was good with a huge fridge and freezer and a small cooktop. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Linens were changed once upon our request (they are also bed bugs free!)

We stayed 7 nights whilst we understand they only change towels and make beds every day, some further cleaning should have been done every alternate day for longer stays Hair on the floor in the bathroom not cleaned, sink and toilet bowl not cleaned. Bath towels were too small for bigger size people like us. The soap dispenser at the sink was just useless for both our rooms.

Great location and nice staff. Room was well equipped and modern. Hotel also has great facilities like a gym etc.

The room was not cleaned properly, we found some hair that definitely wasn’t ours on the bathroom floor. The water pressure in the show was quite weak, personally I prefer a stronger water flow when showering and this bothered me. Lastly, the shower itself had a giant window inside it that could be cove by a shade, I don’t believe this means you can be seen from outside but a heads up in the room’s pictures would have been appreciated.
