Great location, very clean, rom was big , enough for our family of 4. 2 swimming pool for families and a tennis/football court..great for kids.Delicious deserts bar.

The restaurant was too small for all tourists..at dinner times often was not an available table no matter what hour you would go. Also food was insufficient especially the grilled meat...long queues and staff not willing to put on plate as much as you liked. It gave us the impression it was intentionally done to discourage people to consume .. Fish not great comparing to other hotels or other parts of Spain. Overall all the restaurant experiences were disappointing. Not much to choose for children either on the healthy range. Often the chicken was uncooked and the rice not boiled properly. They could do with a new management.

All inclusive buffet was brilliant, such a wide variety. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Lots of sun beds and a lovely roof sun terrace. Heated pool made it very easy to get into. Junior suite was really good size and like the adult only side, lovely and quiet.

Restaurant was a little noisy and hot, also lots of children although there was an adult only section.

Rooms were lovely,a good size and very clean. Pool area was lovely and good service from the pool bar. Food was really nice and varied. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

We stayed in the adults only side and it would of been nice to have a bit of background music in the bar on an evening, it was a little bit boring especially if you were staying there for a week's holiday.

Location was great. Facilities were lovely. Staff very helpful. Food was plentiful. Pool towels handy and staff flexible with half board. Amazing roof terrace if you can escape the kids for a while.

Room on 1st floor was very noisy. Right next to kids disco. Also facing onto road where traffic noise which made for poor sleep over the holiday. No sun on the terrace at all. Room 119. Floor lifting in the rooms but apart from that they were nice.

food - 8/10 all inclusive the food was very good, we stayed 10 nights and it was something different every night for the first 7 days. (must be a 7 day menu). we can’t complain at all, meats cooked fresh in front of you, fresh fruit at every meal, pizza were a solid 10/10. drinks - 8/10 alcoholic drinks could of been better if there was a wider selection of cocktails included. You get a pina colada, daiquiri, mojito and sex on the beach. I did find they were stronger throughout the day compared to the evening. I will add they are done from a machine, you still get non branded spirits and Amstel larger is available so it was still fine I feel if you were able to get two free drinks per night for the sun set bar included with the all inclusive this would make it much more better. accommodation - 10/10 very modern rooms, constantly cleaned, comfy bed, lots of space. we had a pool facing room and it was ideal. pool - 9/10 there two pools in the family side, the main one in the middle is the busier out the two as the bar is right next to it. however we found the back pool to be much better, it was a lot more quiet (was basically an adult only pool), you were in the sun from sunrise to sunset as nothing blocked it out compared to the main pool the sun would only reach you at different times. entertainment -8/10 the entertainment was okay, the staff did try and it was acknowledged by the guest.

lack of cocktail options for all inclusive

The front desk employees at the hotel, in particular a woman named Elena, gave my daughter and I a very warm and friendly welcome. The apartment-style hotel room was ideal, and the employees went above and beyond to accommodate us. The cleaning staff was outstanding. My daughter was given a cup of tea by one of the housekeeping staff because she was ill.Both the restaurant and the bar staff were first-rate. Additionally, the customers were incredibly cordial and inviting. I advise accepting the all-inclusive deal because it is excellent value. The hotel team knew it was my birthday, wrote a birthday card, nice bottle of wine and two champagne glasses. Impressive!!!

The food was very good, fresh, tasty with a lot of variety. All staff were amable and nice. Hotel is stylish and modern.

I did not like the cleaning, it could have been much better. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom every morning and night. we complained twice but the cleaning did not get better. So we just used a cleaning spray on them. And on the last day, we found out that our friends in next apartment got slippers and bahtrobes in the first day, but we got none. In the adult section were we were, our first night there was live music that was a little to loud and for to long. Lastly the floor of the room is not ok with the tiles swollen.
