Everything here exceeded our expectations. The staff was very nice and friendly, excellent food, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was definitely worth it. On the day of our check out they let us have early breakfast before the official opening of the kitchen which we really appreciated. Rooms were cleaned almost every day (2 days of no cleaning per week), and the quality of the cleaning was very high. Every time we entered the cleaned room we felt like on the first day - very nice smell, new towels if requested. Also, we appreciated small details, like welcome sandwiches, fruit and water in the fridge upon our arrival. There is a great blue flag Fanabe beach just a couple of minutes from the hotel, and Duque beach (also blue flag) 10-15 min. Our stay was excellent in every way.

Fantastic place. The studio was perfect for us with our 15 year old son as it had a dividing door/curtain for privacy. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows. We had breakfast included and this was great. A good choice and always plenty available . The staff were all so friendly and helpful . Pool towels in your room that you could swap for clean ones at any time . A 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and numerous bars at restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The air con was centrally controlled and really wasn’t very cool. The room temp didn’t drop below 25 degrees but this was the only minor thing.

The food is very good quality, first hotel in Spain that provides actual proper bacon . Most of the staff are very pleasant and happy . The location is fantastic, and the gym is up there the some of the best

Most hotels in Spain are starting to up there game in providing international name brand drinks , unfortunately this hotel dose not offer this service. Some of the bar staff need to cheer up not all of them just a couple

Spent 5 days in this hotel with my family. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Food was superb. So much variety and even wine and beer inclusive in meal deal. So I booked half board which caters for breakfast and dinner and it was so worth it. My kids loved the pool. Hotel is close to the beach. Local shops just around the corner. Also, kids entertainment is superb. The only thing I will recommend is more entertainment like music in the pool area and also in the hotel lobby. Will recommend especially for families.

The beds were not too comfortable and also the lifts are abit confusing.

It was our second stay at this hotel and couldn’t wait to get back. Never failed to disappoint. Have already recommended to friends and family and would certainly return.

The things we would like to point out was a little lack of music around the pool, the aqua aerobics was very repetitive and evening entertainment could be improved particularly the adults. Although these are things I have pointed out it wouldn’t necessarily stop us from returning in the future.

It is a compact but fully functional resort. Nothing is missing. Staff is extremely helpful, which is not obvious because the resort has a lot of staff people, taking into account the reception, the cleaning, the kitchen, the restaurant, the swimming pools, the kids entertaining, the gym, the spa, the fitness center, ecc: we did not find any person of the staff less than kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast rich of choices. The same can be said for lunch and dinner (don't be fooled by the price, it's per adult, kids under 12 eat for free). Tables for eating can be chosen by the pool. The spacious room was cleaned on a daily basis. The location is excellent: at 5 minutes walking distance from Fanabe beach and at 5 min walking distance from Fanabe plaza.

We can hardly find something negative. Maybe the parking is small and with narrow routes inside, but it must be said that even at late night (when usually all the spots are taken) we were able to find a spot inside where to park.

Rooms were spacious and nicely/newly decorated, lovely staff and great location. 2 min walk to beach, bars and a lot of supermarkets a stones throw away. If you want the public bus to las americas that is also just a 1 min walk round the corner. No issues with getting sunbeds or people reserving them early hours which was nice to not have to worry about.

Cleaning could have been a little better in some places, hit and miss with the quality of the room cleaning. Also wish the bed had 1 large mattress rather than 2 small ones.

The hotel location was perfect central to most things and 2minutes to the beach. Not far from airport about 20minutes by taxi and also accessible by local bus from the airport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The family was beautiful, very big, clean and spacious. It had a well provided kitchenette such that we could have easily cooked for ourselves. The food was really good different menu for dinner each night and a good breakfast such that half board was enough for us. Definitely will go back again and I recommend it.

Lollo & Bernie were a hit with the little one! The resort had what we needed, good engagement from staff, and the pool is fantastic!

Our room door to the outdoor patio/ground floor balcony didn’t look so that was a bit concerning but we didn’t lose anything thankfully as there is a safe.
