All inclusive meals were great with variety daily, dinning room , bar and reception staff were very friendly and obliging. Spacious reception with free luggage storage. Location was excellent, a short cut to the beach. Public transport and free Siam park shuttle on the door step. Many shops , cafes and bars as you come out of the hotel. A quick drive to the south airport. Coffee excellent. All inclusive food and drinks until 11 pm. Evening entertainment. Safe location for night life .Apartment was very spacious and clean and large windows, very bright. Pack lunches given if needed if all inclusive

Paid WiFi not very good although the mobile reception was good. Deposit payment for TV remote, AC Remote and safe. Daily charge for safe, kettle and iron .

The food was good, though limited selection, it was tasty and reasonable quality. The rooms were spacious. The pool was nice. I liked having a set dining table.

Being charged a deposit for the remote controls. Being charged for wifi. Being charged to use a safety deposit box. The hotel was not cheap and these things are standard in hotels of a similar price in other locations.

Great holiday We love the staff i cant recommend them highly enough we are both disabled & they went way beyond what could be expected of them its a HUGE THANK YOU from us The food was great good selection I..I personally dont like buffets & we did eat out at night but i did have a look at the Evening selection & all seemed to be lovely all in all although I rooms were kept spotless by the lovely maids

My dislikes were the rooms could be doing with a revamp a chair would have been appreciated as most disabled prefer to sit on chairs my wi fi connection kept going down also could do with chair lift down into pool area we both struggled on the steps these are small issues but would certainly make a differance to disabled clients but excellent holiday & greatfull for all your kindness & would certainly RETURN

The hotel was very clean and our apartment was larger than expected with a simple design and great sea view. all staff were exceptional and friendly they also made sure everyone was kept safe and reminded guests of face mask rules when walking about indoors in restaurant and when going to bar for service. Staff also adhered to face masks at all times. Hand sanitiser was also provided. We felt very safe during our stay. Thankyou for a lovely holiday I can’t wait to return.

The bed was too firm for my liking but the sofa bed was very comfortable.

For the price you really couldn't ask for more. Basic rooms, but all inclusive package was great. Very nice staff and good location. Cheap and cheerful.

We had a lovely few days away here - reception staff were lovely as were the bar staff couldn’t fault them they were so helpful

All inclusive drinks quite limited only one beer/lager and no fizz! Otherwise great

Everything including the staff. They all went out of their way to meet our needs. From the reception staff to the waiters & waitresses Brilliant will definitely go back

A bit noisy, late into the early hours of the morning. And we were on the 7th floor!! But didn’t spoil the holiday, I guess one cant control people who have had too much to drink
