not a great location. too far away from central Alicante. ok to wander down but a hell of walk back up

The property was nice, just like in the pictures, the staff was nice and helpful, location is about 15-20 min walking from the beach, but there are buses near by, there are also a lot of supermarkets or shops close to the studio.

- I had cockroaches in the bathroom, but it might have been because of the open window. A net at the window might help. - They don’t give you any receipt for the 100 euro cash deposit they ask at the property. An picture with the money doesn’t count as a proof of payment. - To get the deposit back you have to meet in person with the staff to check the apartment and she was 20 min late to the previously communicated hour and I had a plane to catch. A different system of check out might be more helpful. - The location on Booking of the apartment wasn’t updated. It was a different street, a close one, but it would have been easier if I knew from the beginning especially that I was already in contact on WhatsApp with the staff.

Good location, close to supermarket, bus stop. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. The air conditioner works great. There is a washing machine but no washing powder.

Everything in the apartment is old, although renovated. Bed linen and towels are very old! (Change please!) There is almost no sunlight in this apartment. Entrance through the patio and the salon window opens onto another patio. The bed and sofas are uncomfortable! The bedspreads are dirty, no one washes them. The shower stall was poorly washed, there were other people's hair left. When checking in, there was a girl who does not speak or understand a word of English at all, so our check-in was very delayed in communicating through Google Translite. They asked for 100 euros as a deposit, we had to wait a very long time until the girl ran away for a receipt. They said that they would return it on the day of departure in the morning, but ... they suddenly called at 23:00 and said that they would now come to check the serviceability of everything, I waited for half an hour, and I was already falling asleep, I had to leave at 6:00. The money was returned with the wrong banknotes that I gave ... There is nothing to take a deposit for in this apartment!

Very dirty place. Fake pictures of the kitchen posted. We asked to change an apartment but the second one was even worse, so we stayed. No oven and cooking stove as stated. Dirty towels and synthetic linen. Very filthy bathroom, that wasn’t cleaned after previous guests, however it’s nice and new. Bed is not comfortable. There is a TV but you can watch only You Tube, because there is no antenna. Air conditioning worked well. Dust everywhere. Floor was dirty as well, so we had to mop it. Guys who met us were nice and friendly.

Nice bathroom

The bathroom is definitely the best thing about this apartment. Plus the airco is working great. Also the guy working for the apartments tried to be helpfull and responded quickly. Unfortunately he was clearly limited with options to help by the boss/management.

First off all they ask for a 100€ deposit but at the same time there are broken things in the kitchen and the house in general is really dirty. The dust on the closet in the bedroom showed me that they have never cleaned properly. Second, in my opinion its a little bit too far from the centre (20min walk). Last I would recommend to avoid this aparment in general, but especially in june festivities. The neigbourhood will build a DJ booth next to the house and play loud music untill 05.00, the walls are shaking etc. They did not tell us about the festivities which would have been fair in my opinion, at the end We chose to leave early as there was no holiday in this apartment for us.
