I loved the area it’s right in the city and as soon as you go out of the hotel there are plenty of cafe and restaurants around and shops. The breakfast was nice but it was mainly the same foods every morning , did expect a little more but was still nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, we needed help with directions and the staff were very helpful and recommended a lot of nice attractions and places for me and my partner to visit. I would recommend this hotel.

The only minus is that there is no pool at the hotel but the beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away which is perfect as the beach is massive and has cafe and restaurant and bars there too:)

good location, rooftop bar have good view, kettle and tea coffee provided in the room, breakfast is good, staff if friendly and helpful.

I’m stay for 7 nights. They have provided 4 tea bags, 2 coffee and 2 milks in the room when I arrived. Also provided two toilet rolls and two paper cup in bathroom. But they haven’t refill any of the items been used during those 7 days. I just need them tidy up my room three times. First time I thought they forgot to refill but second time same none of the items refilled, two paper cup in bathroom been used after day 4 but they didn’t replace it. I have few days I have to paid for my tea in rooftop bar. Other than that is all good.

Their location in the old town is superb for exploring Alicante, with the only apparent downside that you can't get by car or public transport right to their doors, I believe. They have a great rooftop terrace, with views on the Santa Barbara castle, and they serve their breakfast on that terrace. The breakfast itself was regular, not too bad, not too exciting, beside being on the roof. Then, I booked a double room for single use, but they gave me studio appartment, with in-suite kitchen corner and bed for 3 ppl; so I enjoyed it a lot, but thus can't evaluate the regular experience I'd get for the price. I should say, I especially loved the shower - being 1m86 tall guy I have a sweet spot for a comfy bath / shower, and their one was perfect: tropical shower well above my head, enough space to turn around in the cabin, and good shower doors from floor to ceiling, thus no need to worry about flooding all bathroom with splashes.

The hotel has a great location with only a few minutes walk to the beach, while still being located in the gorgeous old town of Alicante. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the wonderful church as well. The area is super calm and there are lots of really nice restaurants within a few minutes of walking. The room was really nice and clean, the bed was wonderful and the staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

The rooms were lovely and modern and also very clean, the hotel itself was in a great location and the rooftop bar with a view to the castle was lovely to eat breakfast at. The staff were very friendly and let us leave our luggage until our room was ready and when leaving for our late flight.

There was a lot of construction in the hotel which was very loud at times. Please note that this was end of Jan/ Early Feb. It would also be useful to add hooks on the back of the doors so that clothes hangers aren’t being used up for coats/jackets. Maybe some stronger hooks in the bathroom also to hold the towels up.

This was my 2nd stay here. Love this place and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Alicante. Lovely staff, great breakfast and amazing roof terrace. We arrived early expecting to leave our bags but our room was ready. Quiet at night but close to everything. It's right in the old town with really nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. So close to the beach too and 5 minutes walk to the castle lift and highly recommend the museums nearby which were all free entry. Loved our room with the balcony overlooking the church.

To be honest, there's nothing i don't like. The only noise was a bit of daily cafe chatter outside or the church bells which ring sporadically. For us they just added to the atmosphere. We heard no noise in the evening

The location was fantastic - right in the old town and near all the best restaurants. There was a gorgeous view of the Basilica de Santa Barbara and also the castle from our balcony! The staff were so kind and even gave us a little bottle of cava since it was a trip for my birthday! It felt like a much higher calibre of hotel because of the spotless facilities and staff and location! Also - make sure to try out the rooftop bar for some sangria!

The breakfast could have had more options but was still very decent.

Amazing position, close to the city center, the beach and a street full of restaurants as well. The Room is pretty big and the the view is beautiful. the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is huge. The shower is pretty nice as well. The rooftop bar is modern and classy, very nice in the evening.

If i have to be picky the staff was a bit cold, kind but they didn't have a map of the city and it would be nice if they could give us tips about the city. Frigobar in the room empty

Terrific location, a few mins walk to the beach, the foot of the castle hill, restaurants and city centre. We were especially impressed with the window insulation, as were were straight opposite a main church. Breakfast on the roof top!

Our room was quite small for a family. And while overall the facilities were quite clean, the cleaners did forget our dirty dishes once, and the way the room is it would have been very easy to sweep the whole floor for dust...

comfty beds. fantastic that they let you use a shower / keep your luggage even after you’ve checked out. brilliant location it only takes a few steps to reach everything you need such as bus stops, the beach, shops and restaurants - everything. Roof top bar is great.

the internet didnt work on the tele so apps such as netflix were not available but to be fair i could have told them and didnt. also the church bell rings an awful lot so no day time napping.
