Have stayed here many times and found it excellent value for money.Normally stay between November and February for a couple or so weeks.Clean modern rooms,loosely based on Travelodge/Premier Inn Standard.Friendly staff.Nevr pay more than 40 Euros per room only daily rate.Tram station at La Isleta takes 5 minutes to walk,then 10 minutes Tram ride to centre of Alicante for 1.45 Euros.Bus from Alicante (C6) to Airport takes 15 minutes and costs 3.85 Euros. Tram from Alicante to Benidorm hourly or better takes about 40 minutes and costs under £10.Weather hits 20C most days November and February

Alicante very interesting,ancient City with lots of history.Not as Tourist visited as Benidorm.

Modern and tidy, huge outdoor tennis courts and swimming pool, good choice of food, good beach and tram service within walking distance

The staff at the pool were very friendly and nice, however the pool is tired and could do with a snack bar and some background music to inject life into the area.

Quiet location, clean and comfortable accommodation, sunny balcony with sea view & very friendly staff in all departments. The general housekeeping was well maintained. Good tram & bus connections not too far from the hotel, even a pleasant 40 minute walk into Alicante town via the Green Via, partly constructed along the old railway line.

Nothing to dislike intensely, however the exterior being very dour & part of a large block is quite misleading, because the interior is very well presented and attractive. Public Car Parking areas are very busy & could be a bit hit & miss . The bathrooms are always kept very clean, offering adequate facilities but the tiling and showers inside baths are beginning to look a little tired in places.

View of the Med from the balcony is very soothing. Although the hotel is 30 mins walk to Alicante, there is an excellent tram system which only takes 10 mins. The onboard pay m/c is in Spanish. Choose the "Senillo Tam" option (zone). In 2022 it was 1.45 euros each way. Amazingly well preserved Roman town 15 mins up the Rd. Hotel staff are really helpful, especially the reception lady and Antonlo the waiter. Hotel ugly outside, lovely inside. Have fun.

I suppose it would have been nice to have hot water coming out of the shower, but the outside temp was 30 degrees (mid Sept 2022), so no big deal really. Don't forget that the nearby beach is 15 mins walk or so, ie not directly outside the hotel.

Difficult to get to the hotel by public transport. The swimming pool is not located in the hotel area, but you have to go outside (only open until 7 pm). the hotel rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a multi-storey building, so it is difficult to maintain privacy if the curtains are not closed. There are garages on the ground floor, where repairs and a lot of noise took place early in the morning.

The breakfast was good and varied. There was a terrific view over the sea and the sunrise from our rooms. The hotel had access to 6 tennis courts by the sea and we played in the sun almost every day, for 8 euros an hour. It was a fairly bouncy, hard surface. There was a nice coastal walk to the city centre (35 minutes) and we bought a card to use buses and trams for a quicker journey. There's a great archaeology museum, a good modern art museum and the spectacular castle.

The staff on reception didn't have great English. One night the restaurant was fully booked but there had been no warning. It took a while to realist that the local Spanish tended to have a siesta before lunch - and the cafes and bars opened again about 3pm.

The value for money was really good! the hotel is a bit outside the city centre but the trams are easy enough to navigate (to either the city centre or the beaches in Platja de Sant Joan) and the stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. the area is nice and quiet, but there is a shop nearby for food/snacks. there are other smaller beaches nearby. considering the amount we paid, the hotel room itself was really nice and spacious. the window was slightly below ground due to the mountains but it was private and we still had a decent view. would highly recommend to those travelling on a budget. also - you can walk from the city centre to the hotel, we did it at night and took around 40 minutes but it is along the beach so the views were nice. food at the hotel was nice, we had dinner and breakfast that was reasonably priced, and it was very easy to book.

there is not much/anything I could write negatively about, maybe more variety at breakfast and the views from the rooms could be better, however neither bothered us at all.

the bed and bedding is very comfortable bathroom is new and very clean breakfast has a good variety including fruits and juices

We stayed here around Chrismas and New years and a lot of service was not available that was not communicated to us (laundry, dinner etc) Staff doesn't really speak english except the receiptionists some rooms have really awful view to a stone wall while the other side overlooks the sea so big difference in room prices means big difference in the view

Very very clean. Pool area super cleaned. Room 245 sea-view amazing. The premises are a bit old but everything works perfectly well. Very clean, decorated with taste. Well isolated areas, no noises heard from neighboring rooms. Good water pressure. I needed tea-set + little frito, and I got those items immediately. Staff very polite, warm, proactive. From reception to cleaning lady, from restaurant chef until the waiters = EVERYONE SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL. We had half-board = breakfast BUFFET complete à volontè, and dinner choice between 4 entries, 4 second plates and 4 desserts, changed every day :-) Plates were prepared at the moment freshly, simple but delicious. We will gladly come back to this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

A) we arrived 15:20 and they made me wait until 16:10 for entering the room “because entrance is at 16:00 onwards” I needed to push to get the keys and enter my rooms. B) shower gel = shampoo = soap. Same product. It dries up the skin and the hair. I asked 2 days before arrival if the hotel provides hair-conditioner, the lady said yes, but NOPE :-( There are stores around where i could buy it. And I bought also shampoo. C) the restaurant area is small, open to public. It gets VERY LOUD at breakfast time.
