The water park, although would have been nicer if next to the main pool rather than having to cross the car park.

The pools open at 11am which is a little bit late and would prefer from 10am.

The Water Slides and the kids pool was entertainment for the kids for many hours. Food was not the best, but was definitely good most of the time and with good variety, just lacking salt here and there, but quickl and easily solved with the manysalt dispensers put available in the dining area. Train to the beach. Bed mattress was good.

Too crowded. Small space between tables and chairs in the dining area. Room too small for 2adults + 2kids. 1 toilet for 4 people in a 4star hotel?? Poor variety on fruits. Gym and Gym Toilets are terrible. Cleaning in some areas of the building was lacking. Maintenance in some areas of the building was lacking too. The Included Filtered Watter Bottles for the meals were often not really well washed. Also plates, glasses and cutlery were not brilliantly washed either... No walkable green areas, the hotel was squished in that place and the buildings feel like don't belong together, for example, to go to the slides and kids pool we needed to cross the hotel's parking lot. On arrival we were not very well received, some bits and pieces were omitted from us and we actually felt that we were being scammed. On first dinner, we ended up spending money on watter bottles that no one told us were paid instead of other water option available for our accommodation type. Also watter related we bought a "reusable" bottle in the reception that were supposed to "allow us to use the refill machines aroundthepremises" after paying we received a regular 1.5l plastic bottle, which, again we didn't need because we had many of those with us. After these episodes in just a few hours we even started to fear that we needed to pay for everything else that was supposed to be included and we were pretty much convinced we had been scammed at that point... Terrible!

Despite being booked on a half board basis, no drinks were included with dinner. On the first night I ordered drinks on the recommendation of the waiter, however at the end I had to pay for the drinks. I accept that not all drinks are included, but I had to pay for water! Not what I expected for half board. Disappointing and will certainly be a factor on whether I return.

Food needs a big improvement. Parking security barrier broken the whole weekend.

The staff was very nice and the food at the buffet was good too.

First of all, this is not a 4-star hotel. It needs to be repaired, repainted and cleaned deeply. Everywhere you look there is something either dirty or that needs to be painted. Secondly, the hotel is marketed by showing amazing pictures of the water park, but what people don't know until they arrive is that kids need to be at least 1,30 meters tall, and if your kids is 1,25 (s)he is not allowed to get in the park, even if parents offer to sign a document.
