Absolutely everything and every detaill both inside and outside of the accommodation. You can tell they put a lot of thinking into the decoration and interior design of the room. It's very clean, modern, beautiful with French style finishing and antique feel to the room. Value for money, especially it comes with breakfast.

The host could be more conscious with time as they didn't turn up on time at 1pm check-in time. They arrived about 10mins late and it took awhile to check people in. Same thing in the morning when most camino walkers were up waiting for breakfast. They breakfast was served slightly late, a few minutes past 8am. The air-conditioning was difficult o use otherwise everything's perfect.

I truly wish I could give this hotel full marks because it is a lovely, newly renovated place. The room was spacious, equipped with AC, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the Camino route and near all the restaurants. However, we did encounter an issue. Our room was on the ground floor, and as soon as we entered, there was a noticeable smell of humidity. We kept the bathroom door closed as the odor seemed to come from there, and left the windows open to air out the room. Unfortunately, it became too cold at night to keep them open, especially since we were on the ground floor. This made the room stuffy and humid throughout the night, and I had a hard time sleeping. It's such a shame because otherwise, the hotel was fantastic.

Beautiful renovated property. Elements of the historic property(stone walls) coupled with updated bathrooms and interiors. Quiet location yet centrally located very close to everything I needed. I stayed here while walking the Camino Frances. Very good breakfast. But what really made this property standout was the hospitality. The family that manages this was just amazing, especially mom and dad. I was sick and they took such great care of me from the moment i was waiting outside to the time I left. It was like having my own family there making sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location on the Camino trail, fell out of bed onto the Camino path. The room was nice and big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy and clean. Nice old building with older features. There was some emergency when we arrived, so the host was not available, but she did make sure someone was available to check us in. Would stay again

The fee for booking included breakfast but was available from 8 til 10. For the walkers, many leave earlier than this, so it would be nice if the option to choose breakfast was allowed at booking rather than paying for breakfast as part of the stay or providing breakfast earlier.

The room was comfortable & very clean. The location is great for exploring Arzua on foot. The main Cathedral is 5min walk and down the same side street is a laundromat & a bar with friendly staff if you need somewhere close to eat.

Upon check in I was told that breakfast would be served in the Pensión cafeteria. When I departed at 8am, it was still not open and not sure if it ever did. By the way, my room included the breakfast. Also laundry facilities at the pension were broken as well.

Great place to stay! Clean and Nice. God bed and hot shower. Vett stylish and cosy small hotel. Very friendly and helpsom receptionist. And a nice surprise was the breakfast. This was actually on of the best breakfasts I had om the Camino. Basic buffet with freshly beaked bread (and 2 big shiny grill toastets), cheese, some sausage, fresh juice, cafe con leche (they also had marmelade, tomatosalsa and olive oil i small packs). I will stay here again.

old building beautifully restored, clean, good shower, nice towels

very restricted in what they could offer you. cafe there but not open when we arrived at 3 in the afternoon and not open until after 9 next day so although they had fruit lying in the fridge for everyone to see, they couldn’t sell it. shops were closed due to Easter celebrations and an inch of hot water cost .80 in the vending machine and tasted disgusting. I though pillows too thick to be comfortable- no extra blanket, no facilities for drying clothes but worst of all was the paper thin walls- thank goodness I’d brought my noise cancelling earphones as there was a noisy family right next to me who sounded as if they were in the same room. Emergency exit light far too bright during the night and I Gad to climb up and sellotape black mask over it so I could try to sleep.

The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with old beamed ceilings. The bathroom was modern, clean with all amenities included. The included breakfast was simple, plentiful and very good. Really happy with our choice to stay here and it was very close to the Camino. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel, the location and the decoration of the room. The beds were very comfortable. Very cosy and comfortable. Nice and welcoming staff.

We were pilgrims walking towards Santiago. Breakfast starts very late, at 8 am. Would be very helpful to start serving at 7 am. We took a picnic bag which is great but had to have our coffee at a bar.

Our room had sleeping accommodations for four. Had a wonderful skylight and road level window so we had lots of light. The breakfast was filling and plentiful. The shower water was wonderfully hot. Right off the Camino Francis route.

The wash machine was not working when we were there.
