Very friendly owners. The hotel is situated right outside Santiago. There are two bus stops close to the hotel which makes it easy to get either to the airport or the centre of the city (though be aware that the 6A bus to the airport can be full). Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. No issues with noise whatsoever. In case the restaurant next to the Hotel is closed, there are several places within 1km distance where you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel isn't far from the airport and you can get there by bus in 10 mins or so. It's cheap but very clean and comfortable. 24-hour front desk. A very nice lady helped us to call a taxi.

There was no water in the room or in the foyer. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, which makes bringing luggage to the room very hard (but they helped me ☺️)

Located in the small village of San Marcos which really has very few amenities but close enough to Santiago de Compostela that we could walk into the city to complete our Camino Frances and still have time to get our Compostelas and attend mass at the Cathedral. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.

No restaurant. Very basic amenities. Heat on only intermittently. Condensation on the windows and damp and cold in the morning.

The room was very comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The staff was exceptionally supportive and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the lack of an in-house restaurant, which meant having to find local places for meals like breakfast.

Pleasant and affordable accomodation. Good value for money. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Well located half way between airport and town, and right next to bus stop. Good shutters to keep the light out.

Nothing, fairly priced, would stay again. Was next to road, put ear plugs straight in and slept well.

This was the cheapest place we found that wasn't a shared bedroom but was still expensive for what we got. We also found a sock under the bed. But don't have any complaints, was a good experience

Very clean. The man who checked me in was nice and seemed to look out for the guests. Staff went above and beyond to help when I needed to change my reservation.

Location was just ok. Far from most things but there is a bus stop in front.

The bed and pillow were quite comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a parking lot right in front of the hotel to leave your car at, and the bus stop into the city is right in front of the hotel, with buses running every 20 minutes or so.

I don't really have anything that I didn't like, but just as a personal preference I don't like when hotels have carpet floors. I much prefer a hardwood, but this carpet was clean, at least. Other than that everything was great!

Very peaceful place. The bus stop to Santiago is just 1 min from the accommodation. Kind owners. Easy bus service to the airport.

I missed a kettle for coffee/hot water.

Very convenient bus service to airport/city from outside hotel. Restaurant famous for its pulpo & albariño across road. Near the Camino trail.

It's basic, because that's what you pay for - don't be so entitled 😜
