This hotel is perfect for a getaway. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and Sebastian and Penny were spectacular. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Nice homemade dishes for the included Breakfast. Sebastian even helped us move our car as some spots for parking are very tight small roads. They give you their Whatsapp info to contact them and they are very responsive. The restaurant which is opened for dinner is what we found to be the Best in Banyalbufar. Our room was super clean and well attended to. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Carolyn and Matija

It extremely cozy hotel. We had a room with an sea view located on the top. Building in front is lower so there is amazing view! The room has a big window and the room is fool of light! At night you can see stars from there. On the ground floor a very good restaurant is located. The breakfast is serving there. And it's good too! Staff are very friendly! We had amazing time there with my wife and would like to come again! The town is tiny and beautiful. It sits on the rock. That is why views are so good

I can't say this is an negative point for me but for someone maybe an criteria. The beach located all the way down. So be prepare for the long uphill walk from there. In the summit is your bed:)

Big and beautifully designed rooms, delicious breakfast, it’s a family hotel so they really try that every thing would be perfect. Very cozy atmosphere, it’s located in a very old adorable village in the mountains

There was an unfortunate smell from the drains, which I hope will be resolved for future guests, as it was quite unpleasant. However, everything else was perfect. On one hand, the hotel is located in a charming old village, free from large, unattractive hotels and mass tourism. However, the downside is that the beach is down a steep hill and is more of a man-made bay for boats, which wasn’t ideal for swimming or enjoying a typical beach experience. That said, the stunning sunset made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel and the area, but perhaps consider not staying here for your entire trip if you’re seeking the perfect beach experience.

The view from the Hotel is stunning you can see the sea. The breakfast is homemade with typical mallorquin cake, which we enjoyed on the terrace in the morning. There was lots of food to choose from. Penny was very friendly and attentive. It’s very rural and calm. Around the house there where cats everywhere. Room was clean and spacious. We also had an aircon.

Price value maybe a bit different. It was very difficult to get to the hotel because of narrow very small streets which was adventurous to drive. There was a parking behind the house but you need strong nerves to get to it 😅but Penny also helped to navigate which was very nice. Only good for small cars! The hotel also has a restaurant. We found it very pricey compared to other places we have been in the island and the food itself was not worth it. It was ok for the first night but I wouldn’t eat there again. For the room itself it would be nice to have a water kettle, a larger bin for trash or even glasses, especially if you are here for a longer stay that would be quite convenient. Because we stayed just two nights it didn’t bother us.

Penny and Sebastian helped us a lot, because we have registered a dive course in the Palma city and we needed to take the bus very early. They left us breakfast even if it was out of the breakfast time. They have answered many our questions and I think everyone can feel their hospitality!! One evening we had to find another hotel because we need rest ASAP and we missed the last bus. Next day Penny called me to make sure if everything is ok. I was really moved and I appreciate that. They are just like family. In the room you will find almost everything you need. We’ve got a room with partially sea view. There’s a bathtub and you can hang your wet clothes, swimsuit for example. Room service is also wonderful, they clean the room thoroughly and leave our stuffs where they were. The breakfast is also homemade and really delicious. The Hotel is about 45min Drive time away from the Palma city center and it locates in the mountain area with winding mountain roads. But it’s actually not a problem if you have a car. And the port nearby are fantastic for snorkeling and swimming. They are not full with tourists and some of them are even mostly visited by local people. I would say, this is the real Mallorca. 100% recommendable and I would book it again for my next travel in Mallorca!!!! Many thanks to Penny and Sebastian!

Penny is a wonderful host! the place is very cute and cosy, breakfast is very delicious, self-made spanisch pizza was so good:) Maybe some fruits would be good. Good place to stay to visit Valdemossa, go for hiking, visit natural bays. For people who love authentic Mallorca.

Restaurant in the hotel is open until 11pm, so it is noisy until this time if your room is to the side of the restaurant. but it was ok for us.

Wonderful quiet stay with a beautiful view for breakfast The breakfast was excellent with amazing home made dishes. Very narrow streets and small parking, but Sebastian and Penny helped navigate through it. My son loved it here: "Everything was very, very beautiful!" Would love to come back.

Would be good to have a small fridge in the room.

Staff were very kind and helpful, location of the hotel was very nice and calm. The room had an wonderful view. We would definitely come back. It’s a family run business which adds to the nice atmosphere!

I wouldn´t recommend to people with walking difficulties as upper floors are reachable through many steep stairs. Free parking close to the hotel could be a problem. But there is a paid public parking just a couple of minutes away.

The view from the bed and balcony! You can see the sea! Big room in 2 floors. Bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Very nice. Nice staff. Extensive breakfast with homemade cake. There is a restaurant downstairs with good food.

We tried to get to the carpark of the hotel and even though we had a small car this was not a success. Streets are very narrow! We had to turn back and parked at the communal car park only 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

The proprietor, Penny and her daughter, Penny, were extremely helpful, friendly, and had lots of great suggestions for places to eat, what was open or not, where to visit or not, and how to get there.

The "street" on which the property was located was very difficult for us to find, even with a GPS. Of course this is not their fault nor ours, it's just what it is.
