The room was large with a terrace on the first floor. It was one of the older rooms but had an excellent bathroom and lots of room for clothes. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there are so many places locally with excellent offerings. Breakfast was very good however and we sat on the terrace, or inside when it was wet. The pool area was lovely after a day's walking - slightly short of sunbeds around the pool but the beautiful gardens had plenty on offer - and with a bit more privacy. We hope to return.

Location is second to none, the pool area is gorgeous! Never had an issue with sunbeds considering it’s on the smaller side (but we came in May) They were very helpful with our baby and organising car seats and taxis. One evening they actually picked us up as our taxi had cancelled!

Some of the staff were very rude - especially at dinner. Found hairs in a lot of the food. Don’t think the cleaners were amazing either - room didn’t ever feel properly refreshed.

The food was very disappointing with breakfasts although extensive was offering cold food (meant to be hot). The expensive buffet on Thursdays is a total ripoff. At US$50 per person the offering was not anywhere near what a 4 star hotel should offer. The shrimps were inedible as they had been frozen and defrosted a number of times. Dangerous practice. The wait staff were not interested in filling glasses or asking if everything was OK? Very underwhelming dinner for our final night.

The hotel is located in the beautiful village of Deia with stunning views overlooking the mountains. We were looking for a family-friendly hotel and this was a perfect fit for us, with beautiful grounds and and a heated outdoor pool. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but that's part of its charm. The staff are lovely. The breakfast was excellent (as was the dinner we had at the Tapas restaurant) and of course - the access to the hotel's private beach with gorgeous views, lounge chairs, a snack bar and relaxed atmosphere, which is definitely a highlight! Just minutes away from the center of Deia, Es Moli is perfectly located for day trips around the entire Sierra de Tramuntana (highly recommend renting a car and exploring this whole area). Thanks for a lovely stay!

The hotel rooms could do with a small restoration, but I wouldn't want the place to lose its homey charm...

Swimming pool, swimming cove by the sea. Friendly staff, location good food, wine. 3rd time in 22 years and will go back. Ask for a white wine Sangria rather than the advertised red. Much nicer in my mind

Room 306 had a piano stood right outside in the passage way, so drunk or inquisitive people would open and try and play it. One night at around midnight a large group decided to have a karaoke session on it. The shower mixer control is very delicate to get the temperature right. Otherwise no complaints

The communal areas of the hotel are gorgeous, as are the gardens and pool area which are very well maintained. The pool is very large, and very deep, which was perfect for us. Despite the hotel being full, the pool was never crowded, although annoyingly, some people did "reserve" sun beds which appeared to get very little use... In the grounds there are very many places to chill out, so it never felt busy, despite the hotel being at capacity. The Jardin restaurant is really excellent, and we had some wonderful meals there. The Tapas restaurant was also great. Buffett breakfast also very good and heaps of choice. So nice to be able to sit outside on a wonderful terrace with fabulous views to have our meals. Service was outstanding at all times, with staff working very hard indeed and remaining cheerful, when they had clearly worked for very long shifts or for many hours on a particular day. Wi-Fi is excellent through the property, including in the outside areas. We did a lovely walk towards Valdemossa on a trail which runs up behind the hotel. It was easy to book the tennis court, and great to have table tennis to amuse us. Many of the other guests were people who had been visiting the hotel for years and keep coming back: we can see why.

Our room was average. The furniture was a bit drab and dated, and the layout wasn't great. There was a shower over the bath, which however we manipulated the screen, always seemed to get water onto the floor. A less physically mobile person might have struggled. However, it was great having a small balcony, and the view was superb. We didn't actually spend much time in our rooms, so this was a small grumble. It is an easy walk into Deja for an able bodied person, but for anyone with mobility issues, this could be a problem.

The view from our terrace was incredible! Also loved the pool - it was heated to the perfect temperature. The grounds were lovely and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed taking the bus to the private cove. We only stayed one night as we were hiking the GR221, but I wish we'd stayed longer, just so I could spend more time at the pool! Breakfast buffet was very good.

It's a bit of a walk to the rest of town and we were tired after walking along the GR221. However, it wasn't a huge deal as the hotel has a nice bar and tapas bar and breakfast is included so we didn't need to leave to find dinner or breakfast.

Everything about the hotel! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! I can't remember I check out feeling so happy about my stay. When speaking to other guests we ageed that that it felt we were on a film set location!!! I will be coming back! Deia is also surprisingly charming.

The price per night could be a little less. Maybe if I stay longer next time, I will get a better price per night? I didn't try the buffet dinner at EUR 48, but there are plenty of great high quality options in Deia.. In fairness to the hotel, the dinner also includes live music 🎶

The hotel front desk staff went out of their way to help us with restaurant bookings and any other enquires we had. The private beach is amazing - it’s half hour by mini bus but well worth it.The pool area is also lovely.Only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the town.Highly recommend.

Only very small issues - no tissues, shampoo or Milk for coffee in the rooms. The double bed had two separate duvet covers which weren’t as comfortable as one would have been.

Beautiful location. Intimate and exclusive. The pool setting is amazing, and the view stunning, and the sounds of nature wonderful. The private yoga was amazing and I highly recommend Estella.

It was a little odd navigating where the restaurants were located. Also when we asked about places to eat off property or activities we didn’t get a lot of assistance. The staff was friendly but not like a concierge, and the staff at the private beach were not very friendly and lacked any urgency to help serve us.
