The location is superb. We had a view of Sagrada Familia from our living room window. It is also an easy walk from the subway. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the apartment. We were able to buy some fruits and milk for breakfast from a nearby grocery store. The bedrooms are sound proofed which helps with traffic noise from the street below.

The apartment included a washer which was not working during our stay. The hosts provided us a washer located in their office. It was a bit inconvenient but we were able to wash one load of clothes. There is no elevator in the building but the hosts took the bags upstairs to the apartment.

The best thing about the apartment: the VIEW right in front of the Sagrada Familia, the cleanliness, very comfortable for a family of 4, and the excellent service from Carlos. Carlos helped us: carry our suitcases up/down 5 floors; store them after check-out, at no additional cost; and take us to the airport for a modest price. We had a very good breakfast at Arturo's restaurant on the 1st floor. Everything is close and accessible, including the Metro. If the guest has mobility issues, we suggest staying on the first floor. The hotel staff was amazing. The manager met us at the door and help with our luggage to our rooms. The view of the Sagrada Familia from our bedroom is breathtaking. I would recommend this location if you are planning on visiting Spain.

Lots of stairs but thats a thing in Spain. But the owner help us with our luggage both times when we arrive and when we were leaving.

Probably the best location for a short trip to Barcelona. It was not my first visit but this place added much to the experience. A view from the window to Sagrada Familia is just amazing. The one from the roof terrace is even better. The apartment has everything you may need. Feels like home. Very attentive and helpful staff. There's an in-house parking for an extra fee that is very close but you will really need someone to meet you and show the way.

The entrance is not too easy to find when you first come there: you have to stay in touch with the personnel. Some minor damages in the apartment may need fixing. The walls between the apartments on the same floor are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking, though only in the main bedroom. A steep climb to the upper floors with no elevator: well, we knew about it, no big deal.

Definitely the highlight was the view. Extraordinary view and distance to Sagrada Famila. It was also clean exactly what we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately the having to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs since there’s no lift but it’s worth it for the view we got on the fourth floor. If there are many people staying the hot water can be used up quickly and can take a short time to warm back up, but that’s minor in my opinion.

The view of Sagrada Familia was definitely the best! And the room was well-equipped, with laundry machine, coffee maker, hair drier…,etc. And it’s literally on the opposite side of Sagrada Familia, though we arrived in the early morning around 9:00am, the staff help us store our luggage efficiently. That’s really helpful. And the position is perfect, 5 mins to the metro so it’s easy to go everywhere in the city. We really had a great time here!

There’s no lock for the bathroom.

The location is unbeatable, offering a fantastic view of Sagrada Familia from the apartment. It also features a spacious terrace that provides an incredible view of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the heart of the city with breathtaking scenery right from your doorstep.

Nice apartment in the old building with the excellent location. It has wonderful view. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Location is exceptional. Apartment is spacious. It was provided everything you need. Staff was very friendly.

No dishwasher. The kitchen utensils are badly worn. Insufficient number of dishes. We were traveling as a family with children - cooking was a bit difficult.

Location, location, location :) right next to Sagrada and the view from the windows to it. Coffe shop on the other side of the building with a good coffe with a good price, there is a capsule coffee machine in the apartement but I didn't use this, I walked (cups from flat in my hand) downstairs and across the street and did get my morning coffe that way :) Grocery shops are nearby and with a apartement keys they'll give you a small map so that you can find easily these grocerys even if you are first time in Barcelona.

Gas heated water heater, I'm little bit afraid of these, but I've stayd in several places with those and they've not exploded or anything, but I still am a little bit afraid of these :) that's the only thing that I can think of that I slightly didn't like

Chose the Studio apartment - no view of Sagrada Familia from windows, but we Really enjoyed taking our breakfast up a just a short flight of stairs to the rooftop garden with incredible views of Sagrada Familia, as well as 360° around the city and to the ocean. Perfect little apartment for two with two large windows (and small balcony to step out on) and street view - clean and updated. With windows shut, no street noise. Hospitality from hosts Carlo & Andrew was fabulous, as we had needs related to our stay and travel schedule that they accommodated. Great area to be in for Barcelona compared to the bustle of Gothic quartet & downtown - but still easily accessible to those places. Host recommended a 10 trip Metro card (€11) which quickly and easily got us to all parts of the city during our 5 day stay.

Loved this place - just get ready for stairs! 6 flights to the studio apt - but only one to the beautiful rooftop garden and magnificent view of Sagrada Familia. Upon early arrival, host stored our bags for several hours and carried bags up all those stairs so they were in the apartment when it was ready. The hospitality here and this location are great! We had a most enjoyable vacation here.
