The emplacement is super nice

There are windows in the appartment that we had but there was no view, just a wall

Perfect location 10 min. walk to Sagrada familia, 5 min walk to triumphal arch, lots of bars ,cafes, restaurants. Nice size of studio, nice decor.

Our place doesn't have any windows ,l felt like in the basement, was not mentioned on booking opinions, l would never chose place without windows. No shampoo or body wash provided.

It’s my third time staying in Ainb. We arrived there on Sunday evening and one of us felt terribly ill and the room was located ground floor with stairs to climb. Cynthia helped us upgrading the apartment right away until the end of reservations without further questions. The apartment felt like home away from home, well equipped and very comfortable. Walking distance to many tourist spot yet a quiet place to stay, I can even do laundry!

Some facilities could be maintained better, example : the rusty kettle & coffee maker. And the kitchen hood sometimes doesn’t function.

Location is exeptional. Not too close to city, not too far away. Entry instructions, fantastic. Hot water, no limits. Kitchen, very good, no dishwasher though.

Uncomfortable chairs, unusual beds, not too bad but not too comfy either, no usual furniture, no terrace, no vacuum cleaner

Door open systems via internet was good idea. Place has enough area.

We paid extra for baby crib and feeding chair, this is non sense. Room was little bit dirty

Great connection and interaction with the host (before and during the stay). Big plus. The place is very well located, connected and close to the city center (walking distance even with kids). Apartment was clean and prepared for 4 people (sofa bed ready made). No issue with key pick up. Quiet and without street noise (we were in the inner apartment not facing street).

The only item to pick is lack of place to hang a jacket or a coat. One hanger would solve the case.

The location is spectacular, near the Sagrada Família and Arc of Triomf. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The check in was very easy and by codes so no need to interact to other people.

The cleaning, specially in the bathroom, could be better. The TV was old and not working. And the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time. The beds could also be more comfortable.

Spacious, nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even provided a bottle of wine. Close to the city center and the famous Sagrada Familia. Also the downside of these apartments are that you can’t keep your luggage outside your check-in / check-out time, but they were kind enough to tell us the location of luggage storage store. Very nice to stay a week or so.

Almost nothing. The neighbor guest was very noisy late night, but that’s not the apartment’s fault. It might have been better if they could provide spare towels and amenities.

The apartment I received was spacious, well equipped for longer stays (washing machine, ironing board, fridge), close to metro, bus, parks, and Sagrada Familia.

The floor was a bit dirty, I selected a large double bed and received two small beds, which was fixed by a topper. Also, the bedroom window was close to the kitchen window of a neighbouring apartment, where they cooked with strong odours and talked loudly.

I booked 1 bedroom apt that was upgraded to 2 bedrooms apt - and it was very nice, comfortable, stylish, warm, exactly as on the photos, internet worked well, the water pressure in the bathroom also perfect. Maybe just would be nice to have at least a couple of tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as kitchen towel. All the rest is perfect! And also the area is super nice: it doesn’t look touristic, but it’s close to all key attractions. Totally enjoyed staying in this apartment and would like to come back one day.

Indeed, the link that they had sent in advance for the entrance didn’t work. I also had a digital code for the door, but the floor and apartment are not indicated, so it’s quite useless. Luckily there was cleaning service in the building and they helped to contact the property. But main disappointment was the room: i booked 1 bedroom apartment for 1 week - and I got very bad apartment on 5th floor with the smell of dirt, old age and cigarettes. All the furniture was very old, it was impossible to sit on the sofa due to the springs, a century-old carpet on the floor, no deco and coziness at all, just despondency and despair. But I contacted the property and they replaced it with another apartment within 1 hour, very nice one.
