The staff was wonderful! Jordi was very welcoming and made sure to direct us to great restaurants. We will certainly be back! We love it here! They went out of their way for us with everything we needed. The customer service is EXCELLENT!

There was nothing we disliked about CASP 74. Everything was great, and we look forward to staying in with them again when we return. The elevator is in great condition so we didn't have any problems getting to our room on the higher floor.

The location is very good, the centre is in walkable distance. The apartment is new and modern. It was a quiet area. The mattress was comfortable. The apartment is well equipped.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and even though we booked for 7 people, it was not prepared upon check in. We had to set it up and there was no blanket, just sheets. There were only 2 coffee pods provided for 7 people and they were not refilled.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Every corner was spotless, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, with tasteful décor and a warm atmosphere that made it feel like home. The place looked brand new, with modern furnishings and appliances that were all in perfect working order. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into making this apartment comfortable and functional. The services provided were also top-notch. Whether it was the fast Wi-Fi, the fully equipped kitchen, or the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries, everything we needed was available and easily accessible. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and well-serviced home away from home. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our Uber did not show up and the staff helped us get a taxi - that was awesome service!! Loved the location!

The apartment was not equipped very well. There were no paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen and no washcloths for the bathroom. We were unable to get any TV in English!!! No streaming channels. No adaptors available in the room but were able to get them in the lobby. It is insane that you have to leave your key in the slot to keep the lights on. An additional key should be provided. It would be great to have recommendations for restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Good sized, well equipped, clean, modern. safe, quiet apartment near the Metro and many key attractions. Lots of light from floor to ceiling windows, with great blinds. Daily housekeeping was excellent.

The shower was tiny, which was odd because the designer had the room to make it a bit larger. Also, at times there was a bad smell emanating from the bathroom sink. Overall the apartment was terrific.

Upon our arrival Nüria was welcoming and professional. She was very empathetic to our loss of luggage, offering to help with anything we might need until the airline found it. An exceptional young lady. The location was exceptional, close to the action but in a quiet area. Our apartment was well appointed with every amenity.

The two couches in the living area could be replaced as the are well used and sag a bit.

This apartment was very conveniently located, walking distance to many sights and the metro station. The check-in staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

Everything was perfect!

The location was great. It was close to a grocery store, and within walking distance to several restaurants. It was clean and the managers were helpful.

The mattresses were too hard and it would help to have screens on the outside doors. The sound of the neighbor arguing with her husband kept my daughter awake.

Someone always come to clean the room. The entrance/lobby of the hotel smells good and only those who are check-in can go inside. The room is spacious and 10 min walk to Arc de Triomphe
