A perfect stay in the lovely Gracia neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from Diagonal metro station and from the Plaça del Gracia and Plaça del sol. Self serve using a code, but the receptionist was waiting for me to help with check in and make sure everything is alright, a locker service free of charge in the lower floor for the hours after check out. An espresso maker + small kettle for tea upgraded my stay significantly!

Room is quite small but I knew it in advanced and it was enough for a single person's two nights stay.

Great location for a short break in Barcelona. Room extremely clean and tidy and staff really friendly and helpful. Local area has some great places to eat. Within 10-15 minutes taxi drive to all the major attractions, taxi's were easy to find and reasonably priced. Room itself was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely bathroom. Sheets and Towels were changed daily if required. Some great local bakeries/patisseries nearby for breakfast. Plus a Supermarket really close by for snacks and drinks etc. Lovely Terrace to sit and chill for a while. Brilliant Tapas restaurant at the end of the street (La Pepita). Needed to use lockers on final day due to late departure flight....easy to access and fitted all of our luggage, even large cases.

Room was a little on the snug side for 2 adults and two teens although our kids are taller than average and more adult size! Would have preferred the larger suite next door which is the one with the sofa in the photos but not enough to ask to swap to it as our room was fine for what we needed. Was very warm in our room (April) and remote for ceiling fan could not be found. Staff did assist us with getting the air-conditioning to work but had to use the override button if it timed out. No fridge in room....was initially worried about this but not really an issue as shop at the end of the street for cold drinks and was only a base. That being said, am sure a small fridge would be useful.

We loved our stay here in such a beautiful area of Barcelona! So close to public transport as well as bakeries and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helped with any queries or issues we had. We were able to store our luggage securely at the property before check in and after check out which was also a big plus. Thank you!

We found the room comfortable for a couple, but worth noting it was on the smaller side. There was some noise (just from people moving around upstairs), but not enough to be an issue for us.

The location is great, its very clean and tidy, every thing is close and the staff is great!

We had a room in the groundfloor so the only thing that doesn’t suit me is the fact I dont have a window of the bedroom to the street, which means the only light you get from outside is the one from the bathroom window, because the other one looks in the interior of the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable and well designed to optimise the space. Good bathroom, comfy beds. Cleaners came and gave us fresh towels and refreshed the room every day. Friendly staff and great location.

As other reviews have said the aircon really doesn’t seem to work at all. The fan did a pretty good job but the upper story of our room got really hot at times. You can open the window which helps but sometimes it was very noisy.

We had a booked a room for 4 online that looked big enough but were given a smaller room and had to rent another room so we didn’t feel very cramped. The next day they gave us the room that we should have originally had but we had already paid for 2 nights for the extra room.

Very friendly stuff, exceptional location, clean and comfortable. Had a really great stay and definetely will stay there next time as well.

The location was perfect and we were a walking distance from all attractions in the city

We stayed for 3 days but no one cleaned our room even though we left the room before 9 am. It was too quiet and the fact that we enter a password to wnter the property without staff around was not very welcoming.

The bedroom and bathroom were smaller than expected, but manigable. Because of the spanish temperatures I would definetly recommend an airco or a fan. Because of the high prices you would expect these facilities.

Very good location near attractions. The room was clean and nice, and everything worked perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also let us make and early check-in the first day. There is locker room for luggage storage.
