Great location on a quiet side street from Casa Mila and other Gaudi buildings. Can walk to most attractions and it is also in between 2 subway stops. Very convenient bakery right in the lobby with reasonable prices for coffee, sandwiches and baked goods. Everyone was kind and friendly and the service was great. The rooms had a minimal aesthetic which was perfect for relaxing. I thought the storage space was decent even for a budget room. The whole neighbourhood felt very safe at all hours either good restaurants on the street for a late dinner.

This property advertises Air Conditioning but I thought it was much too warm on the central thermostat setting. My room was 26 Celsius when I arrived and felt warmer than being outside. When I checked the thermostat, I saw the minimum temperature for Cooling was 33 Celsius. And this was locked as a central setting so I could not change it. I was lucky the weather cooled down because of the rain, so my stay was still good. But if there was a heat wave, it would not be comfortable. Maybe this hotel improves the cooling in July and August. If the setting was 24-25 Celsius, I would think it is reasonable. Otherwise, I don’t think 33 Celsius is truly air conditioning. It’s a little misleading…

Wow so much! We had such a great time we extended our stay. The bakery is fantastic, highly recommend taking the breakfast (if you're into bread, sandwiches and pastries). I was working for a couple of days so needed good WiFi - the WiFi was fast, reliable and stable (quite rare in the city I found out). There is no desk in the room but you can sit at the bakery's sitting area which is really nice, and they also have a little quiet "internet" area on the first floor if you're looking for more privacy. The staff are just the best!! Super helpful, nice, patient and overall a joy to talk to. Helped with everything we needed and answered any question with a smile. The location is also perfect, central but in a nice quiet area, close to the metro and about 20-30 mins pleasant walk from the Gothic Quarter.

Truly nothing comes to mind, we had such a great time we extended our stay without hesitation. The room is pretty small if you care about that, we didn't mind. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and efficiently designed. The location was excellent. Quiet side street in a very vibrant area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Explore the area it’s very fun! About 15 minutes (walk)from the Segrada Familia. The bakery was amazing! Everything we tried before became our favorite! We also appreciated that we could store our luggage after to checking out so we could explore unencumbered a little more before our departure time from the city.

Loved the very comfy bed, very clean room & great location. Excellent bakery downstairs which we ate at quite a few times! Receptionists were very helpful & obliging to book a taxi on our departure. Would definitely recommend staying here.

One minor issue was our lift swipe cards. They sometimes didn’t work or you had to have three of four attempts before it worked. It was more just the waiting time at reception while they were busy with other guests. Though they were always very helpful to reset the card.

The room was clean and tidy, and quality was great. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. The location of the hotel is in a really nice central location with lots to do. Further to this they have a lovely bakery many delicious products I'd urge everyone to try.

The location is incredible — walking distance nearly all of the big attractions in Barcelona; close to a metro station as well. The shower was very warm and had great water pressure. Bakery downstairs is delicious for breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk.

Unable to control the air conditioner / heat from the room. It was a tad chilly out during our stay, so the hotel turned on the heat for all of the rooms. It is centrally controlled, so we could not adjust the temperature or change to A/C. It got a bit too warm for us at night. The staff were lovely and tried to assist, but unfortunately could not make an adjustment.

Very clean, modern and quiet rooms. On the smaller side, but that is to be expected with Europe. It’s only mildly an issue if you have big suitcases like us. Loved that we were staying right on top of a bakery!!! The pastries, sandwiches and breads were all delicious and well priced. Easy-ish transport links around the city

Not an issue but more a flag for people traveling with friends - you don’t get a heap of privacy in the bathroom. Toilet and shower doors are only semi frosted. Again not an issue at all, but I would probably want to know that if I was traveling with someone other than my partner

design of the interior.The ceramics in the bathroom were great. Rainshower! Breakfast has great sweet bakery. Breakfast room was really beautifull , spacious with green touchs and original elements in it.They serve bread in various taste and shape and made hte breakfast a joy. They provide a nice bottle to refill with water at their fontain.

The first contact with the staff was great, by phone and personal welcoming on late arival. Later on though, Staff was not very warm, they where polite but nothing more. Most gave short answers, if any, when asked. Breakfast was sufficient but when we asked for pepper 2 days on a row I would aspect the remaining days some sort of pepper on the buffet. They do have boiled eggs but I did miss scrambled eggs.Some staff was efficient in supplying the breakfast, others did not watch and guests had to ask to refill food all the time. The water has lots of chloride, we bought bottles.

Best location in the city. Walking distance everywhere - La Rambla, Sagrada Familia, Gracia, Casa Mila, Casa Battlo, yet the neighbourhood is quiet enough, with a few charming cafes and bars around the hotel. Very peaceful and safe at night. We also loved the bakery downstairs, BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET EVER, as it includes the freshly baked goodies straight from the oven ! The room was small but airy and had a lovely spacious shower.

You can hear some noises from the corridor, but not as bad as in other places where I stayed in Barcelona. It’s what you get in the old buildings I guess, but overall wasn’t too bad, we got some good sleep ! The room was nicely decorated and very clean, but could use a little refresh here and there (scratches on doors etc..). It’s crazy overpriced for what you get, just like most properties in Barcelona.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 5' on foot from the amazing La Pedrera, and 15' from the Sagrada Familia! Close to metro and endless options for food and drink. The room spotlessly clean and the staff polite and helpful in everything you need. Big advantage is the bakery on the ground floor, for a wonderful breakfast with many and delicious options.

The only negative that initially made it a bit difficult for us is that the room is quite small, and there are not many places to put your things, especially if you have organized a trip of several days.
