I liked everything about this hotel. The location was perfect (pedestrian friendly-only emergency vehicles allowed); surrounded by lots of shops, and only about an 8 minute walk to La Rambla. The hotel itself was modern and very clean. The elevator was spacious, and the lounge was comfortable and located next to the bar (delicious sangria). My bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable. What put this hotel at the top of my list however was the staff; beyond excellent! Upon arrival, my luggage was taken to my room, and upon departure I was walked to the main street (the young man even carried my luggage) where I could easily and quickly find a taxi. Thus far, I have 3 additional upcoming stays in Barcelona. Reservations have already been made for this hotel for all 3 stays.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the Gothic area. Easy to walk to main tourist sites. Room was clean, bed super comfortable and the shower was superb.

Our room faced the square and was very noisy up until 11 or 12pm. The first night we were going to ask for a quieter room but to be honest you soon get used to it and we were so tired from all the walking we basically only used the room for shower and sleep. The pillows were extremely soft which I wasn't keen on but again not enough of an issue to ask for a replacement. If we return to this hotel I would try to get a room on a quieter floor. The breakfast was 23 euros per person which I think is over the top - much cheaper to just go to the cafe next door.

It was in city centre next to metro perfect staff behaviour, very clean, very good suite.

Excellent Style

The hotel provide perfect combination of factors to be the perfect place to stay. Excellent location in historical city center and not far from seaside. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts and really good roof pool. And perfect team providing true sense of hospitality! I'll definitely come back here again. Please note that hotel is 50 meters from one of main city squares. Thus some specifics to consider altogether with location benefits: when festivals are taking place there will be loud music at least till midnight.

It would make sense to have a check of roof pool before opening - sometimes birds which were trying to use it to drink water were leaving feathers on it. It makes a bit uncomfortable to swim when you come there right at the opening time.

Fantastic location with great service and quiet rooms. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Ideal for those who want to be downtown. The pool is small but it was great for the kids after a long hot day walking around.

I liked everything but there are some small details that could be improved: - They only provided you with free water on the first day. - The pillows were not super comfy - The pool didn't have sun umbrellas and it was really sunny and hot - The AC in the corridor doesn't work so it was very hot on the 5th floor

If your room overlooks the Mural del peto it can be a bit noisy in the evening

The aesthetics of the room were a perfect blend of modernity and comfort, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The views from the room added a special charm to the entire experience. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. They were wonderfully helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist in any way possible. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot on, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The customer service here is exemplary, and it significantly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I would happily recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

There was a minor inconvenience regarding the parking. During my stay, there was an issue with the nearby parking lot, which led to some hassle. I found myself having to go back and forth between the hotel and parking lot management a few times to sort things out. While it was a bit of a nuisance, the hotel staff were sympathetic and did their best to assist with the situation.
