Excellent location! It has all you need in a hotel room, shampoo, slippers, coffee, water and juice in the fridge, hair dryer, steering iron, safety box, large tv etc. Sheets and towels the whitest and cleanest! Nice view of the city from the 12th floor. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before/after check in/out.

Exquisite hotel. The stay was so amazing and the staff was so helpful. They all gave great suggestions for places to go and eat. It was all amazing. The places they gave us they informed them we were coming. We had exceptional service there. It was the best establishment I have ever stayed at. Thank you to all the staff! The room was large, including the bathroom. Water pot heated up very fast. Enjoyed having coffee when we awoke. Amazing hospitality. Can't say enough. Excellent all the way. You will enjoy every minute of it. Patron was my favorite restraunt they referred us to! Getting around was not easy. From the USA and hardly anyone spoke it. Hop on hop off bus takes you clear around the loop. It's like 1 hour 45 minutes!! We were exhausted, so we got a taxi for 23$. The taxis are the best bet in our situation. Please go stay there. You will be amazed!! I am not paid to write this either!!! Enjoy!!

Everything of the hotel was excellent . •Location was excellent . Taxi easily available as soon as you step out of the hotel and bus just across the road . •The staff was extremely helpful and always smiling and make you feel welcome . Special mention to Alex at the reception . He was always ready to go out of his way to help you with anything and everything . Always smiling .. I forgot my mobile in their restaurant at the breakfast time and when I went to collect it back 5 minutes later , it was already deposited with the reception . Such honesty from the restaurant staff .Just recall a few names , Javier and jeane both attended us very well at the breakfast . •Junior suite room with view was exactly as described . Amazing view from the window .Room was spacious for three adults . Cleanliness was also upto the mark . •would definitely come back here . • I gave a score of 9/10 just for one reason . The air conditioner could have been a little cooler . Not that it was uncomfortable but better cooling would have been better . They did offer me to change the room but I was pretty ok with the room .

- Location is very central, right on Avinguda Diagonal, near supermarkets, shops, restaurants, laundry facilities and buses. Very safe neighborhood. - Helpful receptionist, which was able to assist us in changing room when our first one had a sewage smell issue. Also gave us complimentary breakfast! - Accessibility: ramp for luggage, walk-in shower, elevator - Cleanliness - Very spacious room for Europe - Shower pressure and hot water on point - Wifi is decent - Nice breakfast buffet Overall good value for money. Would consider booking here again.

- Our first room had an unbearable sewage smell, which was lingering, but also would become more pungent at times. It was impossible to even accommodate to. We were told it was a common problem in Barcelona. Thankfully, the helpful receptionist was able to assist us in changing rooms, and we were given complimentary breakfast. That was greatly appreciated! The new room did not have the smell issue. - Hotel and rooms are a bit outdated. Carpets definitely would need to be changed.

You don’t need to set your alarms as the sound of your neighbours toilet, doors opening and the cleaner in the hall way will wake you up!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Barcelona, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. First off, the location is outstanding—it’s in a beautiful, lively area with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re walking around or taking public transport, everything is conveniently close. The highlight of my stay was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and approachable, always going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Any request I had, big or small, was met with a smile and quick action—it felt like they truly cared about making my stay perfect. The room was another pleasant surprise. It was spacious enough to feel comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed to relax after a long day of exploring. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. I didn’t have the chance to try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else I experienced was top-notch. Considering the excellent service, prime location, and the overall experience, I think the pricing is very fair. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

One thing worth mentioning is the reception area—it felt a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. While it didn’t affect my overall stay, it’s something the hotel could consider improving. I did notice that the sound isolation wasn’t the best. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which might bother light sleepers.

The best in Barcelona! Staff were amazing and accommodating. Location is perfect as it was easy to get around to other places. There are lots of great restaurants nearby as well and we always felt safe around the area. The room is spacious and air con works great, which we love due to the summer heat. The separate toilet and shower is nice. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we comes back to Barcelona.

The room card at times wouldn’t work but it was easy to request for a replacement at the reception. The see through glass on the shower that can be seen from the bed might not be favourable to non partners.

large room, good location close to Gracia and Passeig de Gracia and near lots of great restauarants but not too noisy

woke up to someone banging on my door at 4am on my last night there which was a little scary. I did not open the door as there is no way to see out. I heard more banging further down the corridoor as well. Told the staff about it in the morning and they apologised but had not received feedback from other guests regarding a similar incident

Location, breakfast spread, city view, and the most friendly and helpful staff ever!

Hesperia Presidente exceeded our expectations in many ways. The accommodations were superb, with spacious and clean rooms. What truly stood out were the delicious breakfasts served by Carlos and Lucia. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made each meal a delightful experience. The hotel's central location made exploring the city's attractions a breeze, and their commitment to cleanliness and safety was evident and appreciated. Alex, the Reception Assistant, also deserves special mention for his exceptional assistance and willingness to go the extra mile. In summary, Hesperia Presidente provided us with a great experience.
