1. The hotel is located at Gothic Quarter, which makes your commutes SOOO comfort, time saved. You can easily walk to the nearest sightseeings within 20 min. 2. The metro is right next to the hotel. 3. Sound isolation is normal, we still heard the noise outside, but it was okay, didn’t disturb as was mentioned in other visitors’ comments. Additionally, we travelled in January, so there were not a lot of tourists maybe in the summer it’s louder. 4. The room, bathroom, toilet were well equipped (no refrigerator) and clean.

Minor feedback because overall the hotel was great: the duvet was a little uncomfortable to use because of the poorly designed cover. It was hard to fit properly, and the duvet kept bunching up and twisting inside, making it very inconvenient.

management decided to turn off the A/C in the entire building when the weather is still warm sleeping with balcony door open to compensate for inside heat was a challenge

The room we got was better than seemed in the photos, it actualy had 2 bedrooms plus a small living room with a sofa. One of the reasons I picked this hotel is that it could assure separate beds (I was traveling with my son), but I didn't expect two bedrooms! This room can fit for a couple with a child as well. Room was made every day, staff was super friendly and efficient. Best location in Barcelona imo, and I've been in the city many times. Metro station right outside, although line 4 is not so useful for most tourist attractions, but it's a beautiful 10 minutes walk for lines 3 or 1. Many coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. Best value for money in bcn center, as far as I know.

This hotel has a strategic and very convenient location to reach Plaza Catalunya, the port, Barrio Gotico and the Born. A few steps outside the hotel, there is the underground station. Not to be disregarded, the traditional ancient cakes shop nextdoor. My double room was comfortable and silent, despite facing a very crowded place and street! I particularly appreciated the cleaness of the room.

In the hotel lobby, space is limited for waiting or sitting. It would be convenient some common area for reading, relaxing, separated from the hussle and bussle of tourists in and out. Considered the paid rate for the room, its empty minibar was somehow "poor", for not even finding a fresh bottle of water.

We arrived at the hotel around 1130 am and we were able to check-in right away. The rooms are on the smaller size but having the balcony was fantastic. Our room was quiet even though the hotel is on busy roads and near a metro station. We enjoyed the balcony a great deal. The bathroom was adequate, the shower was excellent. The location was great, within walking distance to the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, the cathedral and the port and beach areas. Staff are available throughout the day and night and are very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices and very convenient.

The lighting was very poor especially in the bathroom. There was insufficient shelves, counters, cupboards to place your things (we were travelling for 17 days, not just a weekend so we had bigger suitcases). It also would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was close to the Gotic quarter and also central for Las Ramblas etc. We had breakfast (buffet style) and it was fresh with plenty of choice. The beds were a bit hard, but still comfortable. Bathroom clean with products and hairdryer. Also had a fridge and safe (at an extra cost)

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so we used the cafe takeaway across the street. The hotel bar was permanently closed since covid. Shame, as would've been nice to use.

The location was perfectly located next to a main plaza, Cathedral, restaurants, shopping and the hop on hop off bus was a short 15 minute walk away. The room was excellent, big and comfortable, it had great views with 3 small balcony's for every angle of the streets. The shower was huge. The staff were very helpful with all of our questions, set up a taxi to take us to the airport, made restaurant suggestions, were very friendly and spoke good English! We thought the room would be noisy due to all the foot traffic outside but it wasn't once you closed the balcony doors. Would definitely stay here again,

The beds were too hard for us.

The hotel is clean, quiet and located in the most perfect part of town. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. We had a small balcony on the street but when the doors are closed it was very quiet. Plenty of blankets for colder nights and bed very comfy. Would love to come back!!

Excellent location, right outside the metro station exit. It is near the Gothic quarters, and the famous pastry shop. The room is modern, functional, minimalist. The toilet is clean, with a strong shower and bathtub. The room also came with a cute little balcony. The staff were very friendly and attentive our needs. They also helped us to book a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend for travellers looking for a day of shopping and cafe hopping in the Gothic Quarters.

It may be slightly noisy for light sleepers as some people party or drink downstairs. The lift is abit wonky.
