It's awesome party hostel with adorable location

Little bit dangerous on the night

Easy to get to from the airport the A1 bus (from terminal 1) A2 bus (from terminal 2) will take you to Placa Catalunya which is a 10 min walk to the hostel then it's the same to get back just walk back to Placa Catalunya. Location was perfect just off La Rambla in Placa Reial Square where's there's many restaurants, not to far from the beach within walking distance, clean facilities and nice staff, very comfortable beds, I stayed in a double room with my partner, alcohol from the bar is very reasonable priced about £2.50 for a cup of sangria, as you walk into the Square to the left side road there is a pub called Lennox that is a very cheap road compared to La Rambla and that road also takes you right to the top where Parc De La Ciutadella is. Definitely recommend the area and hostel overall :)

Great location.. Safe and close to metro station.

There was nothing to hang the clothes in bathroom, toilets or room. Especially, rooms need hangers or something like table. I had to put my stuff on top bunk bed. It was very tough for me. Secondly, rooms don’t have mirror. At least there could be a tall dressing mirror on every floor.

The hostel was in a great location, easy to find and has tons of food and souvenir shops nearby. The staff kept shared facilities clean and I loved the fact that they emphasized socializing, getting drinks and going out. The breakfast is great as well, room was a bunch of bunk beds but didn’t feel cramped.

Honestly, I’ve stayed in a bunch of hostels before but because of the party atmosphere, it attracts some very inconsiderate guests that you might share a room with. I had a mixed room and some guy had his clothes dumped right at the foot of the bed, it will be 11pm and people will come in and turn the lights on and leave but not turn it off because they’ve been drinking and aren’t thinking of others. The hostel should definitely have more rules about quiet hours, cleanliness of your space and consideration of others not just being known as a party hostel.

The lack of fresh air in the room, the windows did not face the street. The photos do not reflect the real size of the room, it is very small (rooms for two with 1 bunk bed), There was no hanger in the room, there was no place to hang things.

I was several floors up from the main bar area and was shocked with how quiet it was. I don't think I've had a better night's sleep in a hostel. The beds were super comfortable. I really like the privacy curtain. The lockers are very safe but a little noisy. Bathroom left a little to be desired but was fine. The bar area was extremely lively in the evening but everyone seemed to go out in the city after 11pm or so and wasn't a rowdy crowd coming back (I didn't wake) so all in all a perfect balance of social but great sleep!

The security deposit of 5EUR in cash is just annoying. Who carries cash!?!?!?!

The location of this hostel is awesome, it’s located in the literally in the historic center with walking distance to many attractions And the square on which it is located has a huge number of bars where music is playing, people are sipping sangria amid conversation, and street performers will show their peofomense, so if you are looking for a place where you can feel the whole atmosphere of Barcelona as much as possible, this is the place for you. The hostel has very friendly staff, and there is also a terrace and evening activities and evening periods of free sangria

Earplugs will definitely come in handy And you should not expect anything more from the breakfasts, they are monotonous and as says, price = quality

The hostel had nice crowd, and they organized nice programs. The location is excellent (next to the La Rambla). There was a decent breakfast included in the price. There were hot beverages available 24/7 for free. The community area was nice and it made a great chance to engage with others/get to know new people. The bathrooms were nice and always clean. There was an elevator in the building. The beds has curtains to ensure privacy if needed. There is a light, charger spots and a small hanging bag to keep the belongings for each bed. Te staff was nice and helpful with questions. You did not need a separate padlocks for the lockers, you could use your plastic card for accessing them.

The square the room faces to was loud during the nights until very late (~4 AM, then around 6-7 AM the clean up started). The lockers are a bit old and loud, so can may bother others when you open them at the morning/night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, basic rooms. Clean bedding, firm, but decent mattresses. Bed curtains helpful for privacy and darkness. Free walking tour daily. Breakfast basic, but bread, meats and cheese, some fruit, yoghurt and cereal plus hot beverages and cereal. One free beer or sangria at 6 p.m. Liquid soap in showers. Location excellent, within walking distance to a lot of sights and the cruise terminal (under 2 miles).

The ladder to the top bunk had very narrow steps which were painful. Plus ladder was attached so it couldn't be put at an angle which would have been easier to climb. Room was inches from the men's bathroom and the bathroom door was always kept open. I felt it was a little on the high side for a hostel, but hotels are expensive in downtown Barcelona.

I had an incredible time at Kabul Party Hostel! The staff was super friendly and respectful, making me feel welcome from day one. The parties and activities were so much fun—perfect for meeting new people and making great memories. The hostel was clean, and the facilities were both comfortable and well-maintained. It’s also in an ideal location, which made exploring the city easy and convenient. Special thanks to Alexandre, Maria and Santiago! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, vibrant atmosphere in a great location!
