Loved the staff, they were really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. But quite noisy (you could hear the people on the street and in the corridor). Would definitely go again, because of the location and staff.

The cleaning wasn’t regular. The first time everything was cleaned and bed made. The second time they asked if I wanted cleaning, i told i wanted a new towel and I got it, but they didn’t even put clean coffee cups to the room, didn’t think I had to ask that. The third time nobody asked or came into the room at all. So no coffee for me. But when we arrived on the first day, the room was squeaky clean.

Sherry at the front desk was fantastic and really helpful. The location was great and the factilities were very clean.

Unfortunately, we had issues in our room with the air conditioning and it did not work on our 2nd of 2 nights. On the 5th floor it was extremely hot and very uncomfortable for sleeping. We also had to walk up the stairs a couple of times due to the elevator not working properly which was also difficult being on the 5th floor.

Great location in the heart of center, most attractions are walking distance, metro station is 2 minutes walk, great cafe and restaurants just next to the hotel and few mini marts around. Staff are very nice and welcoming, very clean and comfortable room, highly recommend. Staff on the reception 24/7 and security in the evening. Smart and safe way of entering the hote and the rooml with passcodes.

The Casa Pince location was very central to the history and charm of the Gothic Quarter as well as all buses, trains and shopping, including daily needs and gifts. Lots of restaurants of all types and tastes are close by, as are the plazas. It is also easy walking distance to the harbour and beaches. We were very pleasantly surprised by the building's rooftop terrace that is a perfect spot for afternoon or pre-dinner drinks. We spent a lot of time looking around the Marina and along to Nova Icaria Beach as well as the tourist must-sees. The staff are very helpful and can advise on buses/trains and getting around. Their information of tourist attractions was very valuable as well.

The cleanliness was outstanding, truly the best we’ve experienced. The location was unbeatable, perfectly situated in a lively area yet remarkably quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

When we made our booking, we specifically chose a room facing the inner courtyard, expecting it to be quieter than a street-facing one. However, the photos didn’t make it clear that the "yard" isn't really a yard (can be seen on Google Maps satelite view), and the window turned out to be very small. Upon arrival, the staff seemed to anticipate that we wouldn’t like the room and offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony, albeit with an additional charge (+20%). Had we known this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. But new room we were given was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay 10/10

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful -- I appreciated that a lot since I don't speak Spanish. My room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved my view from the balcony ! It could be a little noisy at night, but that's just part of being on one of the most vibrant streets in the Latin Quarter. The location was fantastic ! The restaurant was quite good downstairs, and I liked their variety of choices for breakfast, made to order. The staff there was also very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

When they clean the room, their product has just a little too much perfume in it. The first night, it was quite overwhelming for me, and I just couldn't get the room aired out and free of the fragrance. Also, the lock on the window needed some maintenance, but otherwise, I loved the place !

Breakfast was good although limited menu. Location was Best in Barcelona. Would definitely stay there again

The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The location was perfect. even though the windows were in front of the street, it was quiet inside. The hotel is new. The room was nice and comfy.

The housekeeper (maid) was bad. they said they change Bed sheets every 3 days, but I think if she sees that the sheets are dirty she has to change them. About the toilet paper, never add it after the first few days. every day I went and bought it by myself. the floor cleaning was also average. About the facilities. The lobby was small and there was only one sofa that you could sit there.

It's in a great location but you have to look for the entrance to the hotel. It's on a side street but the restaurant is on the Main Street. We were able to walk all over Barcelona from here as well as take the Metro which was about a 3 minute walk. The staff was super friendly & spoke very good English! They suggested a few places for dinner & we enjoyed it all! The room looked a little bigger in the pictures but it was still a nice size. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! We had a small balcony that overlooked the street. It was fun to sit outside & people watch! I would certainly recommend Casa Pince!!

The AC seemed to not come back on at night. We would leave for the day & come back to a nice cold room. But then it got warmer overnight but we didn't adjust the thermostat at all.

I want to share a review of this hotel. My husband and I were planning a vacation for my birthday. We took the choice of where to stay seriously, to be honest, I have never spent so long choosing, it is simply impossible to find a good hotel in Barcelona, ​​because even 4-5 star hotels have a lot of terrible reviews (about dirt, bedbugs, robberies right in the room, terrible repairs). My husband and I chose for 5 days🫣 and finally found Casa Pince, which had a good rating and reviews, which won us over and we trusted them (and we were not mistaken). We arrived late, at the reception we were met by a security guard who really spoke poor English, but we understood each other. We left a deposit of 100 € and went to the room. Now about the room. It is clean (which is rare in Barcelona), new, everything has just been renovated, not big, but cozy, with balconies and two exits to it. The room had everything you need (slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, coffee and tea, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, safe, everything you need for a shower, sweets) and all this is free. Other goodies and a bar for an additional fee. The important thing is that we stayed here for 2 nights and after the first night our room was cleaned. This is great because I have read in many places that people's rooms were not cleaned even for 7 days. Also, thank you very much for the pleasant surprise from the hotel on my birthday, that you did not forget and congratulated me with a cake and a card🫶🏼🤍 The hotel is in a good location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. I have never regretted choosing this hotel, and next time I fly to Barcelona, ​​​​I will stay with you. Without even thinking about any other hotel. I really appreciated the fact that this is a fresh and beautiful hotel with thoughtful details for customers. And on the ground floor there is a restaurant (I can't say anything about it, because we did not go there, but everything looked beautiful).
