The hotel is in a great location for La Rambla. There was access to the metro right opposite and the taxi rank was also within walking distance. The choice for breakfast was really good.

It was a little bit noisy, however this was noise from the street below.

Staff were just okay, mostly seamd indifferent. But then it would still be better than most people working in hospitality that we came across with our 4 days in Barcelona. And another thing was that I asked the hotel to get us a taxi to the central bus station (we were checking out in the middle of the night) which they did, but the driver charged us twice as much as I payed when I got a taxi from the train station to the hotel. I didn't understand why there was such a difference in price, and it felt like we were taken advantage of. Otherwise, everything was good😊

The location is very good, next to the metro. It is very easy to reach both the centre and the beach on foot. City tax is payable upon check-in. I did not see this information when booking, it was a surprise. A small but cosy room. Nice roof terrace. A refrigerator is available. Cleaning every day. Shower gel and shampoo are available, but very small portions. There is also an air conditioner, although, on the last night of the stay, it smelled strange and had to be turned off. Not a smart TV. Breakfast is good. Many options to choose from. Very tasty yoghurt. I would like to mention the restaurant Moderno, next to the hotel. Nice atmosphere, affordable prices and friendly staff.

The hotel itself was what we wanted. Right location, a few minutes from everywhere. Walking down to the harbour or walking up to Plaza Catalyuna....our experience was fantastic. And the staff is so helpful. Every time we had a query they always took their time to explain to us and help us.

No complaints whatsoever

First of all, we would like to say that this hotel is an excellent choice due to the location, since it is literally 50 meters away from the main street “La Rambla”! Besides, the staff is kind and friendly, and above everything else diligent and well organized. We had our towels and sheets changed on a daily basis, and room cleaned as well. Everyone, from receptionist, to the kitchen staff were friendly and eager to help with anything. Also, guests are allowed to put their belongings and suitcases in a storage room until the time of departure. We stayed for four nights and are looking forward to coming back at the same place next time we visit this lovely city! Hasta luego! 🌊🌴🇪🇸

Sometimes the cards for entering the room are glitching so that might be the only thing to check out. Other than that everything was exceptional!

Great location in the very center of Barcelona, near sights to see and metro & bus stations that facilitate access to any corner of this wonderful city. The stuff was kind and friendly, the room was clean and quiet so that we could get a nice rest after a long day of exploring.

Nothing to say, all was as expected.

I love the place and the staff.. the breakfast was perfect and very tasty. The location was better than we expected .. the room was a bit small, but very beautiful..

The only thing we didn't like is that we found a pair of socks under the bed wich were not ours. I think that the woman who cleans the room was in a hurry when she did ours. Also, two towels in the bathroom had red hair on them, my hair is black sooo.. I don't know exactly what happened..

The main advantage was the position, located just on the corner with the main street La Rambla. The room was a bit small and modest, but we had everything we needed like hairdryer, toiletries and it was clean. The maids made our bed every day. It was a bit noisy, as we could hear the other guests talking on the hallway. It is not for the picky, but a good stay, central, close to the main turist spots.

Great location but enough metres from Las Ramblas to be very quiet. Liceu Metro station, La Boqueria market and lots of eateries and bars very close. Good value. Great staff, who speak excellent English for those who need it. Small but reasonably comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with lots of choices, for €9.90. It is the third time we have stayed here, which is a good recommendation.

Having the shower over a tiny bath (too small to lie in) made access hard for my wife, who is disabled. We couldn’t use it without the floor getting quite wet. A walk-in shower would use the space more efficiently, be easier to use, and would keep the floor dry.

Location is fantastic, staff were really friendly and helpful. They spoke great English, and other languages too. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was extra, which I knew when I booked, but was only €7 which is outstanding value especially as it was a really good breakfast with the full English and continental plus cereal etc.

I have stayed in this hotel before but because it was a very busy week in Barcelona with a big convention, the rate was more than triple the rate I paid last time.
