Location was great, very close to the center, the room was remarkably clean and the stuff very friendly.

The room is rather small for the price. By the way, Barcelona is outrageously expensive now and you have a constant feeling everybody is trying to squeeze money out of you. We were very disappointed of the services everywhere in the city, especially restaurants and transportation. Not the cabs, they are still fine. I know its a 10% inflation but the tariffs seem to have doubled and the Barcelonians seem to want to repel tourists.

The location was excellent due to its proximity to shops and transports. The room was clean and comfortable with extra locker for valuables. The pool was nice and provided with separate towels you can borrow at reception. Reception staff were friendly and approachable.

Due to its busy location and shops/bars around, it can be noisy at night when you're trying to rest. I think rooms needs soundproofing as you can hear the footsteps on the corridor. Coffee/tea in rooms not available, you will need to go to reception and pay, although self service coffee is free at 12midday. Breakfast is also not included. You can pay for it but very limited options. Not convenient specially if you have children. You also need to pay for a tourist tax at arrival which I think 🤔 should be included on the price.

The stuff was very nice, always ready to help. Very generous and kind. The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a great lobby to sit and eat, and coffee available from noon. The shower is very comforting with hot water throughout the entire day. The location is close to a lot of things so it's nice to just walk.

The location wasn't the nicest, throughout the entire day there are scachy people and as two femals it wasn't always the nicest thing. At night it was especially scary. The closest metro is 7 minutes walk, although for us it wasn't terrible. My pillowcase was a little dirty when we got to the room, but it was changed immediately when I asked.

The hotel was perfect for us - two families with kids, small enough to feel comfortable with the kids moving around, coming downstairs to breakfast etc. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a self service and always fresh, plenty of food and drinks to set you up for the day. The location is quite central - easy to get around on foot or to grab a cab or hop on the metro. We would definitely stay here again.

The lift wasn't working which meant long waits at times. Also the cocktail bar downstairs wasn't open - but we could use the main reception area for drinks.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and professional, but with no feeling of distance at the same time. Breakfast was excellent - fresh and very tasty with a wide range of products (availability of oat milk was great, but it could be put on the table actually).

The district/neighborhood that the hotel is located in does not seem very safe, however, the location of the hotel inside the district was very good.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city of Barcelona. It is easy to walk around to find restaurants, shopping, etc. and the metro is a 10 min walk to get to major attractions. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

If city noise is bothersome to you then this hotel may not be for you. However, they provide earplugs in your room if you need. The only thing i didn't like is that my husband couldn't use his basic electric shaver in the room because it tripped the power in the entire room and even after he purchased a grounded european powerstrip the power still tripped so the hotel staff advised him to forego using his electric shaver. Needless to say he was not happy having to look scruffy in our vacation pics.

Value for money, attentive and friendly staff, modern decor, the rooms were well presented, spacious and came with a daily turn down service. The beds were very comfortable and we wish we had taken advantage of the breakfast option provided instead of searching for an alternative.

The location, we didn't feel safe walking around but that was for most of the side streets of La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter, not just the hotel location. There have been recent reports of muggings and stabbings of tourists. However, there was a strong presence of police in the area and I must also emphasise the hotel itself was very secure.

This is a great location very close to the main nightlife of Barcelona but I am not sure of the area for young families, we used some of the shops and restaurants there but were always reminded of the safety here by the locals, although we had no issues I would be cautious moving around in the evening and the night time. the hotel itself was ok, the rooms were reasonable and the staff is amazing always ready to help, and communicates well.

The location is good but there are always people loitering around here, although we had no issues there is a certain degree of unsafeness about it so you have to be on your guard, other than that located very close to all the sites and sounds.

The staff was really friendly and could speak English. The room was clean and well-appointed. The small pool and terrace was also really lovely. I didn’t do the breakfast buffet but it looked good and in a pretty setting.

I wish there was a mini fridge and hot water kettle. Also, be aware there’s a plaza in front and if there’s a festival like when we were there, or a weekend, it may be noisy until later.

The breakfast was really good, lots of variety! We also enjoyed the pool, was a great sun trap in the afternoon. The rooms were really nice and clean, and quiet too. Great for after a day of exploring.

Only small thing would be if an iron and ironing board was supplied, and maybe some tea/coffee facilities in the room too. Also the water was only provided once in the room despite it being cleaned each day.
