The full kitchen, friendly staff, the location, the beautiful decor and communal spaces. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. 24 hour reception is always helpful.

It was a little tricky to find at night as the location on google maps was a little bit off and the sign out the front wasn't easy to see at night.

It’s like a lovely home, everyone is friendly and helpful. We like the lemon grass scent in our room.

For a hostel there was nothing to dislike, comfortable beds with privacy curtains, locker, shoe rack, clothes hangers, rooms were very spacious, I stayed in a 6 bed mixed. Shower and toilet rooms clean and spacious, smelt fresh. Amazing kitchen area, everything you could ask for if you are wanting to cook. Lovely sitting area to relax read or just chill. Lovely breakfast for extra €4, staff were happy smiling and eager to help, walking you through and explaining the amenities, the importance of noise and consideration to others staying. A very well run team. Great breakfast place next door…10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia.. Last but most important is the decor, this place tops it all when it comes to style, colour and furniture, better than most 3 star hotels, well done the designer, outstanding. What you see is what you get, fantastic.

This hostel exceeded my expectations, the staff are lovely people very helpful and friendly, the building is spotless clean. The cleaners are brilliant, everyday they were cleaning a building that was already spotless and amazing. By far the best hostel iv ever stayed in, I highly recommend 10 out of 10 for me. The beds are very comfortable, and little curtains for privacy. Shower areas are really modern and clean and a nice powerful shower, too. Felt really safe too the building is really secure, location excellent, bus, trains, trams all on the door step and points of interest within walking distance or a short train or bus journey. Close to the beach which I personally liked. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona, also kitchen area very modern, plenty of space to cook, also really clean, they have a breakfast in the morning for 4euro with a good selection, free tea and coffee too, they also have little plastic containers if you need bring food with you, they really are running a good busines here

Nothing, everything was excellent

Incredible common areas and facilities. I've never stayed in a hostel that felt so much like a home! I got quite comfortable here by the end of my stay. Most of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. All the little details of interior design, music, cleanliness... everything was perfect in my book.

The storage in dorms could use some work: in the 4 bed dorm, the under-bed drawers need to be put on wheels because they are heavy and the metal scrapes against the floor (loud!). In the 6-bed dorm, the lockers are very loud and when people come in late or leave early, everyone wakes up because of it. However, earplugs are handy, which they have at the front desk!

This was one of the nicest experiences I've had in a hostel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bunk bed was private and comfortable. The bathrooms had enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well maintained and help-yourself breakfast was really nice. The location couldn't have been better. There were quiet areas in the hostel for spreading out in solitude and the kitchen area was friendly for meeting people. I can't say enough about the staff! They were awesome - they answered all my dumb questions with kindness and patience. I would definitely stay there again.

The only very minor thing I can think of was the room was in the back so it didn't have a great view. But, hey, you don't go to Barcelona to stay in your room, right??!!

I have slept in 4 different dormitories in Barcelona during the last 2 weeks and this one is a first class. The appartment is beautiful, super clean. My room had a window and a curtain for each bed. Of course that there are lockers. There are enough toilets and showers, always very clean. The place is very close to a metro station (verdaguer) and to the Sagrada Familia. There are 2 automatic laundry shops very close (there is also a laundry service of the hostel). There is a cute breakfast for 4 euros. The staff is helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

There is a big demand for this place. It was not available for all my days in Barcelona.

Primavera Hostel is a true gem in Barcelona! It’s located in the perfect area—close to a metro station, great restaurants, and charming cafes, in a beautiful neighborhood full of character. The whole place is very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated; it feels more like a small hotel than a typical hostel. The atmosphere was incredibly homey—the hosts are super friendly and always ready to help, and the other guests were also open and kind. There’s a shared bathroom and a kitchen area, which is great for longer stays. The hostel itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the city. This was my first solo trip, yet I felt completely safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable place in the heart of Barcelona!

It is a very homely hostel. We booked a private room with an attached bathroom, which suits our needs. There is a very nice shared kitchen and other common spaces where you could hang out. The breakfast spread is a good idea where you could prepare your own breakfast at a reasonable price. Not that many guests using the common area while we were there so it didn’t feel crowded. The reception staff was very helpful and she even helped me print some tickets without any fee. The location is not perfect but it’s walkable to some sightseeing locations and near to the metro stations if you prefer to use public transport.

We used the airport coach from the airport to the city center and had to walk about 30 minutes to reach this hostel. On our return journey, we chose to use the metro to go to the airport which I think is easier.

Place with a great vibe, feels like home. Very close of the Sagrada Familia, the bed room very good .... Breakfast was a great surprise.

On very hot days it is boiling inside and doesn't have air conditioning.
