Really helpful staff!

There were two mirrors in the room, however both were in the bathroom, so it meant that after having a shower and trying to get ready to go out, all the mirrors were steamed up or if a couple of people are sharing a room, you have to wait for the other person to come out the bathroom before you can start getting ready. It would be useful to have a mirror within the main bedroom.

Very nice staff, excellent location and minibar included and refilled every day.

The room we stayed in was really nice. The hotel honored our request for a room away from the lobby, road, and lifts. The bed was extremely comfortable and while the windows were not completely sound proof, they made a big difference in muffling outdoor noises. We really enjoyed our stay here as the location was fantastic. Really great room and stay!

Despite the floors being carpeted, the sound of guests in the hallway opening and closing their doors is extremely loud - so much so that at times you think someone has come into your own room. So I would not say this hotel is completely soundproof. The shower also did not have a ventilation system so you can smell a bit of damp in the shower. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

View from the window room was not nice because we were looking the next bulidings walls. If you want nice view you have to specialy request it.

Perfect location! Very central and easy to find and get on public transport from there as well. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel. Very cozy and the staff is very nice and helpful. Martina, who worked at the rooftop bar was wonderful. So kind and friendly. She made my friend and I feel welcome every time.

The only thing I could say was that you can hear everything going on in the room next to us. It would wake us up at times and truly sounded like the guests were in our room at times. Thankfully it wasn’t too much of an issue until the last couple of days of my stay. I believe it was a different guest those days.

Mercedes the general manager was lovely and she welcomed us and had the room ready earlier than expected. There was also another gentlemen at the desk with her who recommended some great restaurants/activities and was so informative and friendly. Also Mark A was lovely and so bubbly. The lady who managed the breakfast area was also very sweet and accommodating. We were also greeted with welcome drinks and my friend was given a bottle of champagne for her birthday. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would stay again at this hotel.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Also it would have been good to be able to bring some of the fruits from the breakfast upstairs.

Staff were fantastic, beds and pillows really comfy. Modern decor. Location excellent within a couple of minutes to the metro and some great places to eat near by. The pool and rooftop was what we wanted and expected and a great place to chill in the sun or with a drink in the evening.

The entrance doors to the apartments are close to each other so when a neighbour opens/closes their door it sounds like your door is opening and can be noisy depending on how respectful your neighbours are. The windows aren’t very soundproof so you can hear some street noise which is expected for central Barcelona.

Massive thanks to the staff at Well and Come, especially Camilo and Irati... these two need a pay rise! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were constantly going above and beyond to keep their guests happy. Definitely going to revisit! Highly recommend the 'sex on the beach' and the beers from the roof top bar, they're really cheap but tasted great. The staff were all super helpful with advising us on late night food options after a night out, warning us about pickpockets etc and giving advice on what activities to try. The bed rooms and the rest of the hotel was kept really clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the minifridge had a selection of soft drinks and snacks, all on the house! We were also left a free drink token for the bar, which is always a winner! All staff spoke English fluently and made our stay one to remember!

The only downside to the trip is that we didn't stay longer! Barcelona is an incredible city and we will 100% be back next year to do it all over again! :)

the hotel is very unbalanced in terms of relation quality versus price, I would say overrated. The rooms are comfortable but very simple. We stayed in a room with little light with a window overlooking the building's lobby (which is the tendency for some hotels to assign worse rooms to those booked through booking.com - probably due to the commission they pay, they might assign worse rooms...just a guess). The breakfast was relatively “poor” for the price paid.

The hotel is in a good area - a safe though lively neighbourhood. The staff at the reception was really nice. The rooms are big and the bed in our room was wide and comfortable. The rooms had good soundproofing, as we didn’t hear noise from other rooms or the hallway. I liked having the sink in the room - really useful if not travelling alone. The terrace on the last floor is cozy, though we didn’t get to enjoy it that much, due to the rainy weather.

Ocasionally, a slightly musty smell would come from the shower area (usually only after using it), though it was not stingent.
