Amazing!!! Amazing property, with all that it was needed, perfect location, top view, top service, super safe area, amazing staff, all information was there. We had a situation in which we needed medical assistance, amazing that they had already all the info in the main entrance door for 24h doctors, immediately this was sorted and supported. The rest of the trip went super smooth. Do not wish to tell anyone and keep it for myself!!! I will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!

Easy to collect from reception and the standard check in time. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows. The curtains blocked all the light both in the bedroom and main room. The kitchen was functional, had a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. AC was good and quiet. There are dedicated parking spaces in the underground carpark but it needs a key from reception to access - useful if you're hiring a car for onward travel after checking though.

Rubbish and recycling was very unclear. You are expected to take this out yourself to street side bins but there are no instructions as to where exactly, what times this is ok to do, or how recycling and waste are segregated. It made checkout more stressful than needed and I suspect results in lots of recycling being thrown away as waste. The pool is very small - large enough for a child to paddle in but certainly not for an adult to swim. It's great to have a place to cool off but really can't fit more than two groups/families at a time.

Very good location near Sagrada familia, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. Very good size suite for two people. Our suite has an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. Hotel security is excelent with access only to guests and authorized personnel. There are two driers and two washers on the fifth level.

One of the two mattresses (the one next to the window) was not as comfortable as the other side--it sagged! The driers seemed to take over 2 hours to drie a small load, so one needs to have patience and plan your washing accordingly.

Barcelona was the third stop on our Europe vacation - and, Sara, the woman who greeted us when we arrived at this building, was wonderful. She shared clear information, was patient with our questions - and gave some great recommendations for places to eat. The 3-bedroom we stayed in here was the best of all our stops. It was modern, very comfortable, very clean and in a great location. I highly recommend Sensation Sagrada Familia for your stay.

Only one thing: the clothes dryers are so energy efficient, it can take a long time to dry - but having the facilities on site is a huge plus.

Wow! Great place, kind of an apartment hotel with an amazing view of the Sagrada Familia from the window! We got an apartment for 5 which was great and included a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and dishwasher, stove, toaster and kettle. There were dishes and pots, nothing was missing. One bathroom and another separate toilet which is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of storage space and a safe. There is a service desk open until 10pm which is excellent. The service was above and beyond what was expected, they helped us a lot with everything we asked for, especially Sarah, who was already wonderful in our correspondence before we arrived. At the time of delivery it was late at night and the counter was already closed. The staff did everything to ensure a smooth entry for us and it was a very pleasant welcome. Thanks!

It's funny to say something about the location, as the performance of the Sagrada Familia in the window every morning was stunning!! But you have to remember that the place is a little far from the Rambla area and Catalonia Square. At the same time, it was not a problem as there is a metro station nearby. Another thing, there was a period of several days when we rented a car. The venue can provide paid parking for guests but only on a space available basis. It didn't suit us to "rely on luck" and therefore we had to find a nearby parking lot and reserve parking in advance for the entire period. It is worth mentioning the fact that the parking lot was close and that the staff helped us find the parking lot.

Best thing about this place is its location and the stunning view from the rooftop. Is it worth the premium for that? You will have to decide. Rooms are well appointed, clean and in good nick. Even though we are smack in the middle of a tourist hot spot, the apartment was quiet enough. Friendly and polite reception staff. Check in was hassle free and quick. Reception area was clean and well organised.

Signposting could be better, we ended up in the Care Home and the lady there moaned at having to constantly redirect people, The reception staff though efficient did not offer any more information than what was required. you had to ask specifically for something e.g, nearest store/metro before they provided any additional information. we did not know what to do with our rubbish for instance.

The hotel location is fantastic, 1 block from the Sagrada Familia, 1 block from the Blue/Purple Metro, and 1 block from several grocery stores. The 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for parents and 2 kids, and includes 2 bathrooms. Room had a nice deck for breakfast and enjoying the church bells. Beds were firm but comfortable. Rooftop decks were very pleasant, if not very large. Staff were very helpful and considerate, helping us store luggage and find a local doctor when our child got sick.

The hotel is in a very tourist heavy neighborhood, leading to few restaurants with more than expensive tapas and pizza. The induction stovetop was very slow, taking 30 minutes to boil water for rice.

It’s a stunning apartment with the most amazing views. I don’t think you can top the views for a city apartment. The service is impeccable, absolutely 10/10. The reception team are all just amazing. They go above and beyond to help. In particular, Tamara (thank you so much), who even took the time to help with a personal issue. But we want to thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will be coming back and we absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the city to night consider it.

Nothing not to like!

Excellent location, so close to Sagrada Familia (although we were disappointed in not having a decent view) and all the facilities we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Super comfy beds and so so clean. We would definitely book a stay here again.

Basic tea/coffee making facilities (even just for the first day) were not provided free of charge which you would expect in a facility of this standard. We didn't have internet for about 24 hours which made confirming flights etc extremely difficult.

We had a balcony at the back of the property that overlooked the Sagrada Familia, best balcony view I've ever had, just amazing! Reception staff spoke perfect English, were easy to communicate with over message prior to the visit and they were really helpful throughout, The room was spotless, was well fitted with a modern feel and had everything we needed, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. With regards to location, given proximity to the Sagrada Familia, if you want to stay around that part of Barcelona it is ideal but if you want to spend your time around the Ramblas/Port/beach/gothic areas then it is about 15-20 minute journey including walking and the underground metro. We found this no problem at all as we like travelling around a city but I imagine some family groups would be better staying slightly more south that we did so they could walk to all those areas. You probably wouldn't find such nice accommodation at this price there though, certainly wouldn't get such an amazing view.

The double bed was two singles pushed together which I find very frustrating. The shower was hot which was good but not very powerful (it was fine though). The cleaning was just once during the stay and we were supposed to be out for it. I appreciate why that is but it was slightly inconvenient.
