Convenient location, good facilities and overall polite staff. Nice view from the room to Avenue Diagonal.

No ventilation in the bathroom (only dependent on the air conditioning), but during winter when using the heating, the AC didn’t ventilate the air. One of the staff (a lady in reception) was poor in experience. The elevator was out of order when we checked in. The lady didn’t offer any help or suggest anyone else to help us (we had 2 elderly people with large suitcases) so we had to move our luggage by ourselves from the stairs. When we called the reception about the noise of the AC and the water leakage from the shower, she just said “OK…” without providing any suggestions. Although she’s overall polite after we came up with suggestions by us, the staff might need to receive more professional trainings to reach a 4-star hotel.

It was a very good hotel for the following reasons; a) location b) room size c) service

The main thing that disappointed me is something I have not experienced before. I left my earphones to recharge. Upon returning I found one on my bed and the other could not not be found. I enquired at the front desk several times and was given no answer to why this had occurred. Also, I understand that the restaurant was being renovated, however, an alternative could have been offered.

Very good location. Close to Ramblas with the bus or walking, the beach is maybe 20-30 min with the bus. Park Guell is 20-30 min by bus. The stores Mango, Zara and Massimo Dutti are maybe 5 min from the hotel. Restaurant "Honest Greens" wtih vegan options is nearby, 5 min. Close to supermarket Lidl, 5-10 min. Very good donut shop "Bungnuts", close by. Very nice hotel if you dont want to be in a too crowded neighborhood but still close to the city. There's a busstation in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Asked for a special payed birthday decoration and they arranged it. Very clean room. Will stay here again.

Good location. It's an expensive hotel, so it has a lot of designer features and other comforts like hair dryer, hair conditioner, shower gel and great temperature controls in the shower which were nicer than the 3-ish star hotels we stayed at previously. We stayed here as the final hotel in our vacation and was a nice (if expensive) way to finish it off.

It's expensive, and if you're spending time outside the hotel normally to see sights, it's hard for me to justify the cost and extravagance for a personal vacation.

Room was nice and clean. We had a cool view of avenue diagonal. House keeping worked flawlessly in our 4 night stay. Room was modern as shown in the pictures. Staff helped well on our check-in/out.

Water tasted a bit unpleasant, lots of minerals. However that's more of a Barcelona issue. Hotel could invest in a filtering device. Noise isolation worked well between rooms, we couldn't hear anything. However we get lots of street noise from the metal window frames. We couldn't be sure whether there is a gap or not but then checked to see there is no gap. So probably the frame is not isolating sound well enough.

The location was great, right at one of the main boulevards, so you can come in late and no shady back streets. The room was equipped with everything we needed, roomy and nicely decorated.

- the pillows were a bit to narrow and not that comfortable; there were 2 sets of pillows in the room (very stiff or very soft); in the end we managed to find a comfy position using the soft pillows - the bathroom door doesn't offer to much privacy; usable but needs a bit getting used to it

the location was perfect not in a busy area like rambla but still in a vibrant neighbourhood infront of 2 bus stations with cafes n restaurant so close so u wont find it hard to find whatever u need at night..the room space was very good & cleanliness perfect ! and the roof lounge was amazing, no service u just grab whatever u want from a vending machine or just bring whatever u have with u! couldnt ask for more to be honest! the recepionists are super helpful & caring ! i even forgot my receipts for tax free & called the hotel, they sent me pictures of them right away on whatspp that was so helpful! price is a bit high but the location & service are worth it!

the only -ve for me is that they close the access to the roof early at 9-10 pm..some days i just wished i could relax there a bit

This is a 4 star hotel that in many other European cities would be a 5 star hotel (mainly in the East). Really nice space. Room with great area.

The location isn't great but it's ok. The breakfast doesn't have great value-for-money but the food is good. However, for half of the price, you can have the same quality outside, if you know where to look. We (me and my girlfriend) usually make 4-5 trips each year and always try to look for the best value-for-money hotels. This hotel isn't exactly cheap. But that tremendous value. We have stayed in better value-for-money hotels (in other cities). But we never got a 4-star hotel room like this one.

Location was great, with many bus stops all around. Also many options for coffee/breakfast in the morning. Bed was very comfortable, beautiful view of buildings on Avenida Diagonal.

wifi was very spotty and hard to work. Maybe it was an issue in our room only. One of the staff workers was not very friendly, we didn't have an issue with him, but just felt like he was not happy to be working there.

Great location, close to Casa Mila, Casa Battlo, walking distance to la Rambla. Close to some very good restaurants. Room was modern and clean. The views form the roof top terrace were great.

Bed was rather small. We wrote to the hotel twice in advance but didn’t get any answer. We ended booking a parking spot independently. At the reception we were told that they have an arrangement with another parking for 15€, but we had paid the same price. Given the price range customer relations could be improved and staff trained more in this respect
