Amenities were excellent though I didn’t use the pool or gym I was glad they were there. I included the breakfast and it was very convenient and it was available from 7 am-11 am which was great for later risers and convenient for people that get up earlier . The staff was fantastic . It was an easy walk to most places but a can is needed for Park Guell though I walked back feo. There once . Long walk but doable . Did the hop on and hop off bus but didn’t take full advantage if it and would suggest if you buy the tickets you do it when you first get there and make sure to use it early in the day to get full use . The room I had was great for me. I was alone but had alot of luggage . I got a double standard to avoid single bed . Cost us on higher end for me as a solo traveler but given the amenities it was probably reasonable for Barcelona . Highly recommend this hotel . Also they had a washer dryer for use . Small machines so need to only put few items in. Pool is on roof which was nice view. They had a multi function expreso machine and water available all the time for filling up a glass bottle they put in your room. They had wine available for a short period in early evening but I fight partake . So many features .

I had no complaints

Every staff was so kind and helpful. The view from roof top pool is one of the best things I’ve ever seen it’s like you’re floating on the middle of the center of Barcelona. The room has enough space and loved all amenities. You can even buy the room fragrance the same one as the lobby’s and that makes whole hotel smell so good. Everything was perfect even the location. You can walk till beach only in 15min.

Excellent location, friendly staff, fantastic spa area with sauna, jacuzzi, massages etc. and rooftop bar / pool area. Modern building in a perfect location.

Thin walls : can hear pipes and machinery even with earplugs at night. Narrow hallway / bathroom entrance in room : tricky to go to bathroom at night. Bright light in room from A/C thermostat impossible to switch off needs to be blocked with a pillow or need to sleep with a mask.

We stayed both here and at the Yuurban Passage next door. Both hotels were absolutely amazing. The staff and service was exceptional especially Hanna at Passage. The location is perfect as it is close to all that you want to see with the surrounding streets filled with great stores and terrific coffee. The hotel itself is beautiful and stylish and super quiet. Their recommendations were spot on and we gave them a couple of restaurants that we went to that were fabulous. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay again next year. The spa at passage was brilliant and the rooftops at both the hotels was super handy as we stayed with 3 other friends and it was great to meet for a drink.

It is very hard to find even the slightest thing wrong with either of the hotels but if I was being super picky, when we stayed at Passage we booked a room with a balcony and it really just looked into other apartments and their balconies which we didnt love.... not worth the extra we paid for the room. It is still nice to be able to sit outside but not very private and noisy

A comfortable and clean room. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. With gorgeous views and a pool to cool down in. I also very much enjoyed the wine o’clock, with the free wine and cheese. Breakfast was well worth the price. And I want to give a special thanks to the staff that helped facilitate breakfast each morning who were all extremely kind and attentive. Also that apple almond cake will live in my dreams until I can come back and have more. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. And eager to help make my stay memorable. If I come back to Barcelona I’m definitely staying here again.

We loved this hotel. The price was reasonable and the staff was lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. There were wonderful extras we didn't expect, like complimentary wine and cheese every evening, a washing machine and dryer available for guests, and free portable wifi hotspots that you could borrow and take with you for the day. I asked if there was somewhere I could meditate every morning, and I was told I could sit on the roof deck near the pool. Since it was November, no-one else was using the roof and I had it to myself. It was a great place to sit, as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and illuminated the whole city. The breakfast, which was served in the sister hotel, Yurbban Passage, a couple of doors away, was delicious, with both a great buffet and cooked breakfasts that were made to order. The hotel is really well located for access to most of the city's attractions. Trafalgar, the street in front of the hotel, marks the boundary in that part of Barcelona between the newer part, Eixample, and the old Gothic Quarter, and there's a passage next to the hotel that takes you straight down into the neighborhood of ancient narrow streets.

Perhaps a little more storage in the room would have been useful.

Location and staff were amazing, particularly Nuria (thanks for everything!) The pure cold water on tap in the lobby for refilling our water bottles was fantastic. So practical! We also loved the self-service happy hour. The cheeses were great, and it was so nice to meet other guests from various countries. And I almost forgot to mention the courtesy WIFI hotspot they lent us to use around town. We had constant WIFI internet access no matter where we were! It was phenomenal! We would definitely go back!

Honestly, the only thing we found annoying was the tiny size of the toilet paper rolls in the room. It always felt like we had to ration them or we'd run out. We came close to buying our own just so that we wouldn't have to ask for more!

Such a lovely hotel with a rooftop pool and amazing views of the city - our room was small but cosy with a street view we loved it. Lots of nice touches like wine and cheese hour……Staff were friendly and made some great recommendations - especially tapas on first night ! Breakfast was in the sister hotel next door which was delicious. If you arrive late or have sore feet there’s a great pizza restaurant across the street!!! It’s in a great location full of bars restaurants and near to everything. The yurbban passage (stairway/alley next to the hotel ) is a great short cut

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in Barcelona, and this was my fourth time visiting the city. The staff was super helpful, kept recommending us amazing restaurants nearby - and that despite that we often didn’t make it out for dinner until 22-23. They gave us lots of tips and were always super friendly. The wine o'clock is amazing, free wine for an hour every day in the early evening. It is served in the common area with some lovely cheese. All the night we joined wine o' clock, we got to talk to fellow hotel guests, some American, some Canadians, some from around Europe. The rooms were clean and pleasant, the air conditioner was a lifesaver in the heat in July, and the roof terrace had one of the bests views in the city:-). The breakfast was probably the most amazing hotel breakfast I have ever had. There was everything you could desire in the buffet, different kinds of local cheese and sausages, as well as different juice and even sparkling wine if you wanted to celebrate from the morning. On top of that, there was a menu of hot dishes like omelet and avocado toasts, as well as local Catalan breakfast. Overall, it was an experience to look forward to each morning

The standard rooms didn't have that much storage place for clothes and coats. A few hangers for coats would have been lovely, and a larger wardrobe would have been lovely. Sadly, the sunshade/parasol on the roof terrasse broke due to wind after a few days, and without shade, we didn't really use the terrasse after that in the heat

Great place, central location, really nice vibe, modern and warm interior. I loved the free wine & cheese happy hour, great way to mingle (if you like) with other guests. Also enjoyed the free bikes, Barcelona has great bike lanes/infrastructure and is easy to navigate on a bike. The rooms are relatively small but convenient. I did not use breakfast (in the sister hotel next door). It was too cold for a dip in the pool but the (small) rooftop must be great in summer. Staff is super friendly.

Everything was great, the desk chair could be more comfortable and the elevator faster, but these are minor things.
