The hotel position in the beach was fabulous. The roof terrace with jacuzzis a great feature

We would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room daily as we had to go to the supermarket daily or pay 4 times the price for a small bottle

View is amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Given the hotel is not central, the beach downstairs is rather private as mostly guests are there, and felt safe to leave my belongings unattended while going for swimming. Location is great if you have a car, it's short distance to Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos, etc - otherwise it may feel far from most places

Parking price is high - since we had a car rented. I was actually considering going to a different hotel just because of that. While the whole 7 days we stayed there weren't more than 5-6 cars in the whole parking. I think if they would reduce parking prices or make it free they would gain a whole new market segment.

Hotel has been refurbished it looks like new. Rooms have a fantastic view of the sea (we were floor 11). Bar staff very friendly and serve some really nice wines as part of the al inclusive. The Thai restaurant was superb and although we dined out at various restaurants this was by far my favourite meal of the week. Rooms are clean with good air con. We were also given a bottle of fizz for our anniversary which was a lovely surprise after a day on the beach

The food selection wasn’t as good as other restaurants we’ve stayed at but would still give it 4/5. My personal choice would to have a bigger salad selection. We stayed in the beach as the pool areas were a bit cramped.

The food was incredible, we had planned to visit a couple of restaurants but the all inclusive food at the hotel was so good we ate breakfast and dinner each day. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. Entertainment throughout the day and evenings, the team are fantastic at getting everyone involved in pool games throughout the day. The hotel is situation in a superb location and the beach right outside the hotel was perfect.

Nothing the hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back!

I highly recommend this hotel resort for a peaceful getaway. There were a mixture of couples, families, friend groups at the hotel. It was not rowdy. We enjoyed the different bars the hotel had to offer, plenty of areas to hang out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very good and there was a ceiling fan too which was good as air conditioning stopped when the balcony door was open. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The sea view from the room was beautiful and an amazing way to wake up. The breakfast dining area overlooked the beach and sea which was also lovely. We enjoyed the adult pool area and the rooftop sun lounge and Jacuzzi area. The hotel location was in a really quiet peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle but was close enough to the Marina and the Pueblo of Benalmadena. There were some nice local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is really clean and beautifully decorated. It is right on the beachfront. There are bus stops right at the hotel and a train station about 15 mins walk that goes to goes between Malaga and Fuingerola. This is really great if you want to visit the city or the Plaza Mayor outdoor mall they are great day trips. The BioPark in Fuingerola is lovely too. Taxis are cheap to the Marina and Pueblo areas around 10-14 euros.

Despite these minor issues we would definitely come back to this hotel without a doubt: The lifts were busy at meal times. The hotel dinner buffet was not the best we only tried it once and the food was mediocre. We enjoyed the breakfast however and would normally prefer eating out at restaurants while abroad. The Thai restaurant looked nice though but we didn't try it. The cleaning was between 9:30 and 3pm I believe unfortunately I don't think there were enough staff because we were waiting until 2/3 for cleaning which is a pain if you want to nap or chill out in the room it feels like you're on edge waiting all day for the cleaning. The cleaning was very good and staff were very friendly so not their fault at all maybe management can put more staff on. .

Absolutely everything, from the room to the sea view to the Adult pool to the sky bar, the gym & the ocean being literally seconds away from you. A truely beautiful experience from start to finish. The staff @ every point were excellent. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We stayed on the 11th floor with a Sea view room which I also would absolutely recommend it’s worth the extra.

The only single thing I could say is there’s 12 floors, 4 elevators & a lot of people trying to use them at all times there will be some times where you just have to take the stairs. Also the elevators are very very warm so invest in a small fan. This is my only critique of this place as I simply couldn’t give another everything else far exceeds expectations.

Beautiful location and uninterrupted sea views. We were all inclusive, so although the buffet can be a bit same, it always had good choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The balcony was a good size to sit out comfortably to enjoy a coffee in the morning or drink in the evening. The female singer on Sunday was brilliant, very entertaining and engaging with the audience. All staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant and bar were welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely return.

Some of the entertainment was a bit disappointing.

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Bright lobby area. Stunning seaview room. Very clean. Good food. Pool bed package with food and drinks was spectacular. Beach is a stepping stone away, bed hire 7 euro each for the day. There's a supermarket within walking distance. We used uber a lot as there's not much nearby but it was on 10 to 12 euro to get the the Marina, Pueblo and Mijas.There's also a cool vibrant bar on floor 12! There's also a bus stop outside of the hotel. Would love to come back again.

Lifts were a bit small and slow for the size of the hotel.

The properly looks to have been recently renovated, it was spotlessly clean and very nice interior. We were breakfast only so can only comment on the breakfast being nice, plenty of choice. We ate at the Barista bar downstairs on the Saturday and the food was lovely there too but this is only open on the weekend.

The lifts were quite small and didn’t work very well. We had a pushchair and it was quite a squeeze and I was nervous about getting stuck in there. They didn’t help us up to the room with our bags and we had a lot of stuff. There isn’t much locally if you are breakfast only and eating out you would need to go towards the marina or fuengirola.

The location was great as it is a little outside the main drag of restaurants and shops, but close enough to be very easily accessable. The whole hotel is light and airy, with a modern feel. The staff, without exception were friendly and attentive. Not once did we very feel that we were being difficult or over demanding. The pools were great and didn’t ever get too busy. The food, especially at breakfast was very good. We were “all inclusive” and the choice of beverages was more that acceptable.

The themed evenings in the restaurant were a little hit and miss. Not sure what the Asian evening food was meant to be and sometimes on the other evenings, the fancier dishes tended to taste all the same. We found that sticking to the simpler dishes throughout our stay proved to be the best idea.
